My mother was ten minutes late to an. appointment I scheduled as her Christmas gift and we were notified that the grace period was only 5 minutes and they were unwilling to cooperate with us because we didn't call. This was our first time booking and we were unfamiliar with the policy. The masseuse, Nadirah, was very rude. I explained the situation and there was no professional courtesy or invitation to reschedule. She simply said no and turned and walked away from myself and my mother. Extremely disappointing and ruined our evening after we fought through traffic in 30 degree weather and the rain. Never booking here again. read more

I am never disappointed with Elements. My daughter and I both get massages here with Brian Wong and recently I tried a facial with Candace which was very relaxing and used (good) Jan Marini products. The front desk is great - especially Holly and Brittany. There was a lady who was not great but she seems to be gone. Prices are fair and the service is just terrific. I had been suffering from an ankle injury for months. Then a physical therapist caused a new type of pain, and I didn't know what to do. The Yelp reviews for Elements Spa led me here. As others have mentioned, Brian is a gifted healer. One session with him did more good than months of physical therapy. I told him where the pain was and the issues I'd been having and he tailored a massage to target my problem. The massage didn't totally cure me of course, but it drastically brought the pain level down from what it was when I came to see him. I have started scheduling monthly treatments since this seems to be what's working for me while I wait to get into see my new PT. I also like how easy it is to schedule appointments here. They help you set up your next appointment if you wish right after your finish your treatment, or you can go book online. They have a point system and once you make so many appointments/have so many services, you get some discounts. I haven't reached that point yet, but it's a nice added bonus. The customer service is excellent, and I love that they are open until 8:00 PM on weeknight which makes it easy to schedule after work. I would come out of my way to get a massage here. My wife and I received a gift card to this place as Christmas gifts. Booked two massages for my wife and I. When we went to pay one card magically was missing $35. We have never been to this place or used these cards. Receptionist was able to pull up the value of each card at purchase (~$75) but one was missing $35 despite neither of us being here. We were unable to resolve this issue and ate the cost. Beware of buying or using gift cards. We both added reflexology to our package which was $15 for 10 minutes. Massage was about an hour despite paying for 60 min massage + 10 min reflexology. read more

Initially I was a little skeptical to make that hour long trip from Reading Pa just for a massage but with a recommendation of one of my clients that is a client of Loi at Elements Spa I made the drive and I'm one to give credit when credit is due. I scheduled a deep tissue massage with the same masseuse "Loi" back in July 2019 and I went home amazed and feeling brand new and I'm still making that tripto this day! But I can't end this review without saying the rest of the staff is amazing and welcoming especially someone like myself being a little hesitant going somewhere new, they definitely made me feel like family so now I alternate from deep tissue to any of their relaxing massages for stressed out people like myself . I booked an appointment for my mom for her birthday. I was running kinda late but the front desk was very nice about it and they took her to the back to get her massage. Afterwards, my mom told me that massage was really comfortable and that Caitlin was really good. Kinda bummed that I didn't get a massage but at least she enjoyed it. LOVE! Andie has given me two facials in the course of two weeks. I do not like using chemicals or products with ingredients I don't know. I was so excited that they had a facial with all organic products (Suki), which I immediately purchased with Andie's expertise and guidance. For the first time ever, I kept up with facial cleansing along with all the other tips Andie gave me. I was so excited to get back in for the second time and let her know how it was all going. I saw and felt the difference in my skin. Andie let me know how and why she was doing every part of the process. Andie is professional, experienced, relaxing, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I've had several facials at Elements and keep going back because they really are the best I've found in the area after trying several other places. When you walk in they always have water, snacks and large windows in the waiting area. The receptionists I've met have always been very polite and helpful. Before starting, you discuss what you're concerned about and what you're looking to change. They can help you pick which treatment they think will help achieve what you're looking for. I've had several facialists before deciding on who I personally prefer to keep booking with. I won't mention who, because they all were great, you just have to find who you like the best! They help give you recommendations for your homecare as well, offer some product that they stock but it wasn't too pushy. The rooms have always been very clean. They often run mostly specials as well so make sure to ask. read more

I made a massage appointment here based on the rave reviews. And luckily, the reviews were right. I really like how Elements has an online scheduling system so that you can look through all the days and times and pick what is best for you, as well as if you want any special add ons (like hot stones, aromatherapy, or TMJ work). My appointment was close to rush hour, so I got stuck in traffic. I called to say I would be 5-10 min late, and they were accommodating with that. I still received an hour long massage. The pricing is great compared to other places, and it is a quality massage as well. My therapist was Celeste and she made me feel comfortable from the start. I will go back for another. read more

I used to go to Elements Spa quite frequently but in the past 6 months i feel as if it has only gone down hill. I used to see Laura, however since she has left i haven't been able to find a therapist who knows how to target my problem areas and leave me feeling refreshed. I've also observed a blonde female, assuming the owner, speaking to a staff member very rudely and could feel the uncomfortableness the employee had felt. The massage therapist asked what areas to focus on and although the massage was fairly good, it was disappointing that she did not even address the areas that I mentioned were problematic. I am a runner and this is why I get massages, to assist with recovery and healing. They should seek to be more attentive to customer needs. read more
