Anyway, went in for 25 units- which I've been told by other plastic surgeons is what would be recommended. He (poojas husband) insisted I needed at least 35 units which is insane. I could also tell that he was irritated that I was not giving in to his up-well attempt. Syringes were prefilled, which isn't abnormal, however, when done this way there is no way to know how much saline the dr is mixing with the product. Some doctors will try and increase their margins by adding more saline than is recommended, which will make the product less effective or not last as long, which is what I suspect is the case here. Results looked great at first, but faded within three weeks. Botox that is mixed correctly should last around 3-4 months. Would not go back.

This month was pretty run of the mill for my experience here, absolutely wonderful. I typically arrive 5-10 minutes early, and the person working the front desk greets me by name. They show me to their comfortable waiting nook with nice plush chairs. The bathroom is right down the hall if needed. Right on time, my massage therapist comes out, and walks me back to the treatment rooms, which have always been comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. After a quick chat, I'm left to undress and then I get an hour of pure relaxation. I've seen a handful of therapists at this location, and while they each have different skills, I've never been disappointed. When it's time to go, the therapists always offer a glass of water to stay hydrated, and walk me to the front of the building to see me off.

I've been coming here regularly, and this was easily one of the worst experiences I've had. I asked for a gel pedicure and came in with gel already on -- the tech did regular polish WITHOUT confirming. When I questioned it, she offered to restart, but by then too much time had passed and I had somewhere to be. I was understanding, told her it was fine as long as it was done right, and even tipped her. The polish chipped and came off BOTH feet THE SAME DAY -- not even 24 hours later. When I came back, I was told I'd have to pay $50 to redo it in gel and was told "that's how regular polish is" and "you should've gotten gel" -- WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. After all of that, they offered me $10 back. I called to follow up and was told it was a "mistranslation" and compared my situation to someone eating a full meal at a restaurant and asking for a refund -- which is nothing like what happened. I was given the WRONG SERVICE, it failed SAME DAY, and was met with rudeness at every single step. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE FROM START TO FINISH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
