My fiancé and I were excited to use the couples massage gift my kids gave us for Christmas. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived for our 1 p.m. appointment, there was no one at the front desk to greet us. We waited for a while, but no one showed up. The chair at the desk was covered with what looked like a pile of laundry, which felt very unprofessional. The worst part was the awful smell that filled the entire place. It was so bad that we couldn't imagine relaxing there. After waiting for about five minutes, we decided to leave. We feel bad about not using the gift, but we didn't feel comfortable staying in such a poorly maintained space. I went here today and the pressure was so hard that my body was pushed causing me to almost fall off the bed/table.
