She begins each session with a conversation so that she can truly meet you where you are and provide a wholistic approach to what you need to heal. Whether that is an emotional or physical release, a deepened connection with source, an energetic balancing or cleansing, or so on. Every session is unique to where I am at in my physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies. She always seems to know what is wrong before I open my mouth, but she always holds space for me within her loving glow. Emily has an incredible way of making you feel instantly comfortable, even the most advanced of wall builders, like myself. I have broken down into tears before getting on the table, had massive physical releases, and healed in ways I thought weren't possible. She has guided me through deep emotional trauma as well as physical trauma (I had abdominal surgery to remove 15 tumors in 2016). I will say it's not all glitter and romance, there are often hard lessons to be learned and dealt with, and they can be difficult (but always necessary) and she guides you through it with light and love. I could go on and on, but really my words will mean nothing. What Emily offers is intuitive and experiential. Everyone's session is powerful, uniquely their own, and always far beyond what they expected. She is a true facilitator for your healing journey and I am blessed to have her in my life. My advice: go in to your session with an open mind and ready to receive her gifts.

I recently had a massage at Vital Touch Wellness, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was serene and the environment clean, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. It had been quite a few years since I last had a massage, but this experience made me regret not doing it sooner. McKenzie, the massage therapist, was not only kind and sweet but also attentive to my needs. She skillfully targeted all the areas that needed attention, even ones I didn't realize needed it. The massage was so good that I left wanting to book another session for tomorrow. The only thing that could have improved the experience would have been a nap afterwards, as I felt completely relaxed. In fact, the massage left such a positive impression that I decided to get my husband a one-hour gift certificate too. The massage was exceptional. The ambiance was incredibly calming. I carry all my stress in my neck, shoulders and jaw, hence my TMJ. The TMJ part of my massage had me completely relaxed afterward and the day after (today). The neck work she did also has me stress free and mobility is great. They really know what they're doing. I've been to 5 different massage businesses in my area and sadly I never left feeling all that much better. But my experience with Vital Touch was exactly the opposite! Every deep pain that no one (including myself ) could help with was FINALLY addressed. I'm 100% hooked now and will absolutely be returning for additional therapy sessions. The singing bowls & Mary Kate's harmonies were absolutely beautiful-10++ rating. I think 1.5 hours is too long to lay on the floor listening to the harmonies. For me-72 year old female I'd like to try this with 30 minutes -45 minutes of chair or easy yoga and end with 30-40 minutes of laying supine and relaxing to the singing bowls & Mary Beth's singing. Mackenzie was amazing. She listened to my issues and did a wonderful treatment. I had a treatment a week ago at another massage place and the therapist did not do the deep tissue as requested.
