It was inexpensive and Steve, Angela, and Zoe all really worked on the spots that were bothering us individually. Steve gave more attention to my left side, my knots were terrible! My sister said Zoe worked on her right shoulder a lot since it was hard as a rock. And our mom, forget about it, she was in heaven. They did a really great job and really personalized the massage by taking their time on the tough spots that were causing us discomfort. We will continue to get our massages here for sure! read more

Awesome place to come if you want your back fucked up. I can 100% recommend them for that and nothing else. I've come here a few times and about 1 out of the 10 times I've been I got a good massage but this last time I went the girl I got was horrible. She was a petite little woman who basically just did a lot of palm rubbing on my back. She didn't work anything out until it came time to rub my shoulders. That's when she decided to try and rub under my shoulder blades and force her knuckles in to my upper back. I highly doubt these people are certified in any sort of way. Ok I was skeptical at first when my massage therapist told me that this is where he and his girlfriend go for their massages. I thought he was kidding me, but I went and now I'm a convert. It takes a little getting used to - its not fancy like a massage envy or St Tropez in Port. It has rather solid tables and basically cubicles or 3/4 walls. You hear other people getting their massages. At first I was worried but after about 10 minutes I started to relax and the massage was pretty good. I saw Lily and she knew what she was doing. At one point she climbed up on the table so she could get a good vantage point - at first I thought she was going to hurt me lol - but she got a tough knot out. I think I saved about 40 bucks over my usual place (St Tropez). It was $40 for an hour and I gave a $15 tip for a total of $55. I usually pay about $95 with the tip. For that money you get to wear a robe and change in a locker room. I think I'll get a few more massages instead at Foot Relaxation in Stony Brook! read more

If your looking for a basic cheap massage, this is an ok option. But don't expect to communicate with the therapist or get them to focus on one area or another. They have a fixed schedule and they will stick to it. A 60 min full body massage entails 25 minutes on your upper back, 25 minutes on your back legs and the balance of 10 minutes on a speed tour of your shoulders, feet, scalp, chest, front legs, face and hands. Two of us went and both had the same experience. Time to find an upgrade somewhere else. read more

don't get me wrong...im a huge fan of budget massage places. but this place was awful. first the man at the door said they couldn't do a 90 minute massage, ok so i settled for a 60 min full body massage. he kept leaving during my massage to answer the door and even answered the phone during my massage. he didn't give me any extra time for the time my massage was interrupted. when i paid him, and grudgingly gave him a 10% tip ($4 on a $42 tab), he pointed to a sign that said recommended tip for an hour massage $15. as if! I didn't even get my full dedicated one hour. it was awful and i will never go back. would rather pay for a high end massage and get what i actually paid for. oh and my response to him was "there's no way im giving you $15." what ever happened to working for one's pay? you're not getting $57/hr just for showing up. sheesh. read more

Purchased a 60 minute full body massage. Their definition of full body = about 40 minutes of tiresome repetitive upper back work. No work on the largest muscle group in the body, the gluteals. No work on the longest muscle in the body, the sartorial. No work on the feet. About 30 minutes of the total time, the masseuse had me under TWO layers of cloth (towel + sheet), so I sweated through the tissue against my face, which stuck to it when I got up. The lighting is too bright, as in when you [finally!] turn over you're almost blinded by the wall lamp. The girl does know her muscle groups, and worked out some kinks, but during a massage I should not have to be annoyed to the point of wanting to jump off the table & cut my losses. There are much better places close by, and they charge LESS! read more

I looooooove this place. Place is cute, quiet and clean. Masseuses are in scrubs and let me tell you, they get every knot out of your body. I went with hard massage this time and they used their elbows but let me tell you......was soooooo worth it. $40 for an hour of full body is a great price. This place is the worst! I usually go to a foot relaxation spot in Selden and unfortunately that day we couldn't be fit in. We came here instead and it was awful. Perfect pressure, and I was extremely stressed- she got all my knots out even when I told her not too hard. I went in their because I don't have health insurance and my back was killing me and I walked out in the worst pain I've ever felt in my back... today it's even worse... my back is killing me... This place was terrible. The first time I went they hurt my back very badly. I decided to try again with 2 of my friends. We had an appointment at 4:00 and walked in at 4:04 and said they had taken someone else who had walked in because we were late. Me and my friends were appalled to hear this. By far the best place for a massage. I found it equivocal to $200 massages that I've received at spas. Every massage therapist there are just as great as the last one. The prices are great. I always feel bad that they're not charging as much for the work and care they put into my massage. This place is not your luxury spa place with dried bananas, tea, and unnecessary in-limbo room. You go in, pick your massage, and you are placed in your own clean cubical room with a massage table. You can even get a massage with your clothes on, they'll place a thin sheet on top of you before they start the massage. (Probably for cleanliness reason?) I just got my massage today and she customized my massage and concentrated on tense regions without even asking her. She even consulted me afterwards for stretching maneuvers to help my cervical and thoracic spine. WOW. read more

Everyone wears scrubs which gives it a very clean/professional feeling. All the beds are located in little cubical inclosed areas which is really nice and private. I have been to tons of other reflexology places all over the island and this is the one that I continually go back to. Their prices are great and their facility and how they treat you is even better. I have visited this establishment about 8 times. Each session was conducted by a different person, so by definition the quality of massage has been variable. Some therapists don't seem to understand that some musculo-skeletal groups need more, or at least equal attention as the others, focusing 75% of their efforts on upper back and traps, which gets old. If you have a good experience, ask for the therapist's name, then next time call ahead to make appointment with that person - reduce the variables. read more
