(People came in after me for pedicures, and were offered better pedicure options & treated much better) Same lady for nails, asked me 10x what type of "gel" I had..? Had no idea. She had 3 other ppl come to grab my hands asking me the same questions. By this point "relaxation" was out of the window. I showed her my real nail had a tiny crack on the side, so she could glue it or shorten my nails etc. instead, she filed them a tiny bit, painted right over the crack.. gave me a shitty manicure and an attitude the entire time. 5 days later and after my cracked nail getting caught on every surface I touch, now it's ripped off and my $50 regular manicure is wasted completely lol. And when I asked her how much it cost for the pedicure ( so I'd know how much each service was) she slammed her pen on the receipt to forcefully show me what everything cost. (Including extra charges to take off my gel polish that was half gone anyway lmfao) shitty attitude, shitty tip miss "Annie". I've worked in service for 10 years & if she hates her job so much, maybe should find a different profession. I'll never come back here.
