I booked and confirmed a one-hour massage in advance, arrived early, got changed, and was already on the table when my appointment was abruptly interrupted by a woman bursting into the room yelling in another language. She then stood there arguing loudly with the massage therapist for several minutes while I was lying there, exposed and waiting, which was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. The massage was stopped, and both women then came in to tell me that despite confirming my one-hour appointment, they now wanted to cut it down to 30 minutes because they were "too busy." It is completely unacceptable to overbook clients and then try to change the service after the appointment has already started and the customer is literally in the middle of being treated. When I decided to leave rather than accept that level of disorganization, they laughed as if wasting someone's time and creating such an uncomfortable situation was funny. The entire experience was chaotic, disrespectful, and shockingly unprofessional. I only went because I had a gift certificate, and the experience was so bad that I sold it for half its value because I have no intention of ever returning. I visited the spa twice so far now, I was looking for a local place that I did not have to travel far to get to and that could see me right away. My first experience was a confusing one as I had not been there before and I was not certain what their protocol was. I undressed, got on my table and proceeded to receive my deep tissue massage my therapist did not speak English the few times that I tried to speak with her,she had to call in somebody else to translate not the worst thing to happen but just noting it. I had a deep tissue massage and I will tell you this I've had many massages in the past and this is the first one where my body literally hurt for two days after my massage they are very strong! The second time I tried to indicate that I wanted a Swedish massage which again I had a hard time conveying to the staff. Their English is very limited unless you are pointing to the menu of services or have a Groupon that states exactly what you want. It will be hard to get your point across. Next time I may use my cell phone to translate. The salon itself is very clean. The staff is very friendly and the treatment rooms are small but adequate for what you need. My only issue is that they do not have doors on the massage rooms. They have curtains that are easily opened by anyone passing by. My first visit was an uneasy one, knowing that anybody can open the curtain, but that's just me. I will be back and I do recommend this place read more

Walked out! Made appointment online, within 15 minutes was sent a text asking to move my appointment. I did. Got there was put in a room that was so hot, and told you wait 5 minutes. They put a blanket on me, and 15 minutes later told to me to move. No reason, just told 'You move'. They walked away not even waiting. Having never been there, did not know where to go. Was put in another room and told to wait again. Then they open a wall door and I see a woman in room next to me. The practitioner brought in the cart and equipment for my facial which barely fit in room. I asked if the wall door can be closed for privacy and was told 'It's ok'. I decided this is not the relaxing experience I was looking for or paying for and left. Unprofessional! Wish I could give no stars! read more
