I cannot believe I didn't know about her before! When I arrived she met me outside the door which was sweet. As soon as I stepped in I felt at ease because it smelled so dang GOOD!! The aroma and the light music playing was very relaxing. Since this was a gift, my husband told me that she asked all the right questions to make sure this was an amazing experience for me. I really like that because that tells me that Ruth pays attention to detail. I appreciated her explaining to me what she did to ensure health and safety during this time. I loved that she practiced safety measures to ensure I was good to go by taking my temperature and making sure I washed my hands. The room and everything else was very clean and organized. I started going to Ruthy in May 2015 due to hip and back pain. It was the best experience, i felt relaxed and "doughy"......not limp but sort of fluid and flexible.
