I saw the $60 for $85 deal and called Christine right away to book an appointment. This intimate little boutique is definitely a hidden gem in town. Right away the place is very clean and inviting. I got a deep tissue massage from Christine and she was very thorough from her questions regarding injuries and allergies to the actual massage experience. I can say that I am super relaxed and my neck is no longer in pain :) I also enjoyed the light scents of her oils because I have a very sensitive nose. When I let her know that I really enjoyed the oil scents, she proceeded to tell me that they're all natural and that's why the smell isn't overwhelming. Overall, an excellent experience!

The couple's suite was super clean. A dimly lit room that had two perfectly laid out heated beds, an electric fireplace, and two elegant boxes to place our clothes inside. I loved the music that was lightly playing in the background. The instrumentals created a warm and relaxing environment. It felt as though our 90-minute session flew by, but really, I don't think we would've ever wanted it to end. It was that good! Rose-scented facial mist, Hot Stone Massage, everything was wonderful. We appreciated being asked "if the pressure and the temperature of the rocks were ok", We held the most tension in our neck & back, so they focused on those areas a lot to work out the knots. In terms of the booking, this place is very accommodating and responsive. I had many questions on the various couples packages. They answered what they could immediately and called me back (had in person customers) to finish responding to my questions. I called 13 days in advance to try to schedule the visit for my wife's actual birthday (a Sunday). They only had availability on the Saturday for that same weekend so i booked. The weekend before my appointment, they called to say they were able to move my appointment to the Sunday for my wife's actual birthday. I declined as we already scheduled other plans for the Sunday, but i did express my gratitude for them trying to accommodate the special occasion. For the spa visit, they were welcoming when we arrive and the massage specialists we had were excellent. They confirmed any body areas that needed special attention and then the appropriate amount of pressure. My wife also said she enjoyed her massage. It was a very good experience. We had our own room and after everything was done the package also included champagne and chocolates so we sat and had those at the end before we left the room. We had a very good experience and would definately recommend this place.

I had previously used a different Massage Therapist after a prior surgical procedure, but was looking for a different experience. From my first contact (by phone) with the team at B-Well, I knew that this would be a good match for me. At my first appointment, I met Kris, the owner at B-Well, who greeted me warmly and put me at ease. She is pleasant and clearly concerned about providing a good therapy experience for her clients and for her staff. She spoke with me about the massage experience and wanted to make sure that my treatments were helpful in my recovery. The waiting area is extremely clean and bright. The staff at the reception desk (when Kris isn't the person there) are also welcoming and friendly. The treatment room is comfortable and relaxing. Even though the office is right on Montauk Highway, you don't hear road noise, there are sound machines to damper external noise distractions and the treatment bed is heated before you begin your session. Truly nice touches. My therapist, Tasha, is excellent! While the therapist at my last massage facility was good, Tasha is so much more attentive and attuned to my treatment. We speak prior to each treatment to discuss any issues that I have at that particular time so that she can focus on those area(s) during the session. During each session Tasha "checks in" with me to make sure that I am comfortable and that her treatment is helpful. She has strong hands, the pressure she applies is firm but never painful - even when focusing on the area where the surgery was. During my treatment she is engaging and a truly interesting person to talk with. That said, during both sessions I've had with Tasha, there are times where I was so relaxed that I felt myself falling asleep. Truly excellent! I appreciate that my insurance covers medical massage but I have no doubt that I'll continue with B-Well Massage Therapy even after my insurance benefits end. She gave me a very thoughtful massage, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure, checking out my medical history ,etc. & making sure I was comfortable throughout & kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I liked the room the massage took place in, very clean, just the right amount lighting , candles , & soft relaxing music. The towels & bedding were warmed up too! I would certainly recommend her.
