She never tries to oversell you. I've been to so many med spas on Long Island; I've wasted a lot of time & money on not getting the expected results. After 2 treatments of hair removal, it was practically gone. I inquired about other services Kim does and I will be going to her for other treatments. She never, ever tried to be pushy or convince me of other treatments I should get. I found my med spa!!!! I would highly recommend!!!!! You could see every red dot and flaw on my face, nothing was covered. Whatever makeup was used seemed to highlight flaws rather than conceal them. Keep in mind; I am not an ugly person and actually clean up quite nicely with a little makeup. This was not even a look I would go to work in let alone on my wedding day. The trial cost me $75. The response I received when I explained I was unhappy was to book another trial for airbrush. Should I keep paying for trials until I'm satisfied? I was going to my bridal shower after the trial. I was so dissatisfied that i washed the makeup off and redid it myself. I took pictures to show friends and they asked if those were the before pictures. The only thing I Liked we're the individual false lashes. Bottom line; if I'm Paying for a professional makeup artist, the work better look professional. I shouldn't be able to do a better job.

She talked me through every step of the facial and explained what products would work best going forward.
