It was my first time booking/receiving any sort of treatment, but Jillian and her assistant made me feel SOO comfortable! I was referred to Jillian by my cousin, who has 3 kids and looks better than ever! I finally took the plunge and went back in January 2024 for my first appointment, I explained what I thought I needed and what I didn't like and Jillian kindly guided me to smarter choices that got me the results I was looking for as well as saved me money! She's realistic on what she can accomplish, as I had discoloration around my nose and dark circles under my eyes. Jillian was able to help with my dark circles, and although she explained she couldn't fix the redness around my nose it did appear less red once the creases were less deep and I was thrilled! She has a very good energy about her while she's doing her job, which as a first timer and someone with anxiety, I GREATLY APPRECIATED! I have my second appointment today at her brand new location for a little touch ups, but people I'm recently being introduced to have thought I was up to 10 years younger! I'm going to keep this short & sweet. I was unsatisfied with my services (see multiple photos of my eyes and strange smile after the injection). For some reason, this business owner thinks someone else asked me to put my review up, but this was my own decision as I am an adult woman who had poor results and waited to post, as I was told it would go away in a month and we just passed the 2 month mark. I get injections often, never had a problem, and was sad to hear after from a few friends that i looked "botched" (verbatim) and they stopped going to her in the past. I love to support female owned businesses so please do your research & check out the instagram for the particular part of the face you are looking to do to see if the injector knows what they are doing (ex: don't go by lips when you don't get your lips done). best of luck to this business owner who threatened to sue me for their injection mishap! I had such a pleasant first time experience with Jillian for my Botox - I highly recommend using her and will definitely be going back again! She's very informative and honest about where you need/don't need injections, which I loved since my previous injector was not like that. She really took the time to talk with me and make sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. Jillian follows up after two weeks to make sure all the Botox has settled properly and to check if any touch ups are necessary. Another amazing positive that my previous injector never did.
