I am writing this review to warn women of the dangers of PERFECT 57's Ultherapy treatment as doing this treatment here can destroy your face forever. I did Ultherapy here in beginning of June. Immediately the next day and ever since, my face became lopsided. The right side of my face sags down, became long and my lips are horribly uneven. Instead of looking more youthful as promised, the treatment left me lookin half paralyzed and aged me terribly. First the treatment was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. The technician Adriane did an uneven amount of lines on both sides of my face. After a few passes, she also realized she put the energy levels transmitted by the transducer too high on one side of my face. It left me with burn marks and welts on the left side of my face. I have been sending in photos and requesting help to Michelina (owner/manager) to no avail. Michelina does not respond till weeks after with empty promises that I will get fixed one way or another. It has been almost 3 months with nothing on their end. Last week, I finally asked for a refund of my $2800. Michelina's response; results are different for each person, no refunds, and that Adriane will reach out to me. Another week passed, again no communication from them. It is apparent they do not care or taking responsibility for their errors. Their service is horrible and I can only think maybe it is because they are a new business and just trying to pay off their machine. I am not sure why they would not stand by the performance of their business and do due diligence especially with such horrid results. No business should ever leave the customers this way. I did go for a consultation at a real doctor's office and now my options are to massage the area, do facial exercises, and speak to a surgeon if the lopsidedness does not equilibrate. What should have been a discreet treatment, with promised positive results have now became an unreal nightmare leaving my face distorted for possibly a lifetime, and god only knows how many thousands of dollars more I have to spend to try to reverse what they did to me. In writing this, I hope to just save at least 1 woman from the tragedy and suffering Perfect 57 will undoubtedly cause, ruining her beauty and taking away her confidence as well. If you do decide to do Ultherapy, please do your due diligence and make sure the company is reputable with certifications and has a lot of experience. Ideally Ultherapy should be done by a physician or physician assistants, not cosmetologists or aestheticians. It is after all, a medical procedure and ultrasound energy is being used. Although it is safe and FDA cleared, it is best to make sure the company adheres to the ALARA principles when using ultrasound devices. I would never wish this upon anyone. Please be careful who you choose and not be persuaded by a pretty salon unlike me. The damage is done on me already, and please please make sure they use the lowest energy to prevent potential tissue injury. read more

I went in to get under eye filler and pdo thread lift on my eyes for a fox eyes... and the dr kept insisting no no only natural look. and i said i do not want that, i wanted my eye bags completely gone. by the end of the appointment i asked why i noticed NO changes, and they insisted that in 3 weeks to a month i would notice a totally difference.... i wanted months and NO CHANGES happened. i paid a total of 1700$... i went to beauty fix med spa and told them about how i had a horrible & wasteful experience here, and they fixed me right up and gave me exactly what i wanted there. i would give this 0/5 stars if i could. it is now one year later i STILL have facial numbness and more droopy ness on my right side of my face due to the terrible pdo threads done by perfect57. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Extremely unprofessional PA who does the injections. This facility allowed me to book an appointment for botox on a day that the injector (physician assistant) was not there, and they did not realize this until I was already waiting in their waiting room for 20 minutes. (They also said it was a doctor and it is a physician assistant). They rebooked my appointment for a few days later and the PA was 55 minutes late to the appointment with minimum bedside manner regarding the fact that I was waiting for him for an entire hour. His name is Leo Ishakov. No attempt was made to make up for all of these inconveniences such as a discount or future discount on services. read more

There's a lot to say that's good about Medspa, and no I'm not a paid client or a friend. I saw them on gilt city for cool sculpting. My fiancé needs to loose a lot of belly weight, and I thought this could help. After he did the research he pulled the trigger, and called them to schedule the appointment. He purchased the large area, but he needed multiple section. Medspa honored the price on gilt when he arrived for the other sections. It's been almost 3 months, and I see a difference in him. The place is beautiful, and the staff is welcoming without being pretentious for the area which is nice. I've gone myself for a stimulator peel with Daniella. Very nice, and guided the whole way speaking just enough. :) she was also knowledgeable about skin, and what could be the next step for my skin care. I had wanted to do a acne laser, but after they pushed to see my skin they steered me away from that procedure, and recommended less invasive steps to reach my skin goals. I've been to other medical spas where they don't care and will take your money and give you the procedure, and send you on your way. I'm thankful this place isn't one of them. read more

The lady at the front desk (blond Russian accent) came off a little shady , appears she was almost making use my Groupon to cover something less cost and tried to upcharge me , had a smart reply when I questioned it. The other staff members were polite and nice also the doctor super kind, I would come again but only based on the other staff and cleanliness , not based on the front desk woman who was not very polite , actually rather rude. I went for coolsculping for the tummy area and I didn't see the results expected. I did not see a reduction in the area and my skin look uneven; like if it had celulitis and it was not like that before. Had done it once before in another place with way better and noticeable results and my skin was all firm. Do not recommend this place for coolsculping. read more

This location CLOSED and staff disappeared in February 2020. They are NOT on 57th street. I purchased a 12 session package of laser treatment and completed 2. I called and texted for months trying to get either an appointment or a response. At first they blamed their move, then COVID restrictions, then finally said they had lost people's records during the move. When I insisted on a refund they offered me a small credit provided I signed a letter and then I never heard from them again. Just a complete lack of customer care and integrity. I went there a week before I was going on vacation to get Botox which I've had many times before. My appointment was with Alice. Alice is amazing and very knowledgeable. My procedure was fast and painless. The place is clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Having had Botox quite a few times I was extremely happy with my result. It probably was the best Botox procedure I have received in a very long time. I will definitely be going back for other things. After a week I was getting compliments as to how good I looked. But the moment I walked in the staff was so warm and welcoming that it made all of my nerves go away. Micheline greeted me at the front with a big smile and she also numbed my lips. She is definitely a great asset to this location. The actual procedure for getting my lips done went super smoothly. Alice did the procedure and she was great. She listened to all of my concerns and I left very happy. My lips are full and plump with great definition yet they still look natural. If you stopped me on the street you'd never know. Unfortunately, I didn't see BabyDoll Y's. review (8/24/2018) before I made my appointment with Perfect57 to have an Ultherapy treatment. Thank goodness I didn't experience the extreme distortion of my face, as she did, but I had no results, in fact, I think I looked worse. The pain and money was certainly not worth it. The response to my complaint has been practically verbatim to BabyDoll Y's. No one has responded to me. I had the treatment done in December 2019, it's now August 2020. In the meantime, I'm paying $1,700. for a failed and EXTREMELY painful treatment! I was encouraged by Michelina, the owner, to use a company that she works with, who advances the money to pay them upfront, then you pay them back in installments. Therefore, Perfect57 has their money upfront, and I'm left to pay for a treatment that did nothing for me. Yes, everyone was charming, and the location looks good enough, but don't get suckered in by the superficial. A complaint to the BBB is in order. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have done the cool sculpting and tight sculpting so far. Both times it was a smooth, pleasant process. I told my mom about this location and she plans to come in for the ultherapy. The space is very tastefully done, it has a modern feel to it with latest equipment and technologies. Rooms are light and comfortable. You don't feel like you are at the doctor's office, but rather at a luxury spa. The staff is amazing, all of my questions were answered and I was accommodated based on my schedule. I actually was able to get the same day appointment twice. Micheline is the best. She really cares about your experience and works around you as much as possible. She is very knowledgeable and can consult you on most procedures. If you are coming in for a cool sculpting, Lani is wonderful. She guided me through the process and stayed in the room until I felt comfortable. She explained to me every sensation that I felt during the procedure, which was very comforting to me. Overall a great find and definitely a keeper. read more
