They were able to squeeze me in and on the day of my appointment I filled out some paperwork and was on my way to meet with Nadia. Nadia was honest but not pushy whatsoever. She explained how the whole face works together so by putting Botox in my jaw again it would also affect other parts of my face. Overall, she gave me a facial anatomy lesson in 20 minutes. Since we had time I decided to have her perform my treatment right then and there. She was quick, it wasn't painful at all, and I was in and out in under an hour. The prices are fair and they do not try to push you to do anything you're not comfortable doing. My jaw feels great since my treatment and I have the added perk of no more lines in parts of my face.

You pay the Groupon and you get it, but to be honest, just call them. Save yourself the time of going through a third party. They will honor the Groupon rate. This place is so close to my apartment so it was so convenient to go there. I technically was not allowed to do my waist and torso as part of the package, but Marissa let is happen. I just had to pay $20 more. Speaking of Marissa, let me just tell you how attentive and sweet she is. She checked in on me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable and she kept me company while I was in the facility for an hour. My last session, I had a very difficult day at work. I unintentionally let my entire feelings spill out and the poor lady had to deal with my personal problems. However, she gave me great insight and comforted me a great deal. Talk about full service. I don't normally go to the same facility for emsculpting because I want to try out different places and see what I like best, but this may be the best so far. I bought three anti-acne laser treatments because I read a few reviews that qualifies this place as reasonably priced, clean, and above all, the treatment works. This location is situated on the 17th floor. The place is tiny but very neat and smells heavenly. The staff was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. They recommended that I spread my appointments every 2 weeks. Dayana was the specialist that performed my 3 treatments. I only gave good things to say about her. She honored my appointment time and was ready to perform the treatment as soon as I walked in. She is kind and informative. During the treatments, I felt a hot pinch every where I had a pimple. Kind of painful, to be honest, but so worth it because I noticed how they would deflate the next day! When I mentioned that my skin was feeling a little bit dry Dayana immediately gave me a sample of a rich moisturizer . She recommended other treatments to help even my skin and remove acne scars (e.g peelings 28 days after the last laser treatment) but was not pushy in any way. I really appreciated that. Overall, I had a great experience because I noticed good results quickly. I will be back. read more

Nestled in a high-rise building off of 5th Avenue Perfect 57 is an amazing little gem. The facility and waiting room are clean, modern and relaxing. But more importantly, the wonderful RN, Mariesa, who administered filler under my eyes, in my nasal labial folds and did my Botox was truly amazing. My filler looks completely natural and I had absolutely no bruising. The technique she used is one I've only seen a handful of plastic surgeons use because it's time-consuming and most people are in a rush. But she spent the extra time and I walked out of there looking amazing with no down time or awful bruising. I have already made an appointment to see her again and I'm so excited to have found her. The owner of this establishment is so lovely and wonderful. Prices are great. I can't stress enough how if you're looking for a place to get your fillers where you can be assured that you won't get ripped off and that you will come out looking great this is the spot. It was my first experience at the new Medical Spas location with no reviews on yelp, but this is an exclusion. The reason I chose them was a convenient location and that I could have my appointment confirmed over the phone the same day. What surprised me at Perfecta57 is that I didn't feel myself like I'm in a hospital area. I felt there very relaxed and while I was filling out the forms I was offered a cup of hot tea as it was very rainy in Manhattan yesterday I'd like to share my experience with injections I did yesterday. First time in my life i was offered a numb gel to be applied on my underarms before the Botox injection. And to be honest the injection procedure went pain free. Thank you Alice for a great experience! I will definitely be back! In conclusion the office is new and clean. If you're considering a new medspa, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Having recently moved to the city, I chose this place for its convenient location near my office. My experience, however, was far from satisfactory. I initially booked an appointment for Botox, but upon arrival, I was informed that the specialist was unavailable that day. I rescheduled for the following day, only to endure another frustrating encounter. Despite being reassured multiple times by the front desk staff that the provider would see me shortly, I waited for over 30 minutes. Just as I was about to leave, they insisted once again that the provider was on their way. Ultimately, I wasted two days and still didn't receive the Botox service I needed. Save yourself the hassle and seek out one of the many other medspas in the area that are likely to offer better service. read more

I have been thinking for years to do Botox, but but every time I see it, I get anxiety and panic attack. Leo was the only person to work with me and never charge me for a consultation. He was very helpful and I was able with his health to have Botox after the second time I didn't even need the numbing cream. He is professional caring for his patience and he's very polite. He knows what he's doing. I will never go to anyone else, but him and I would recommend everyone to go to him. Hi I have cellulite treatments done and wow I can tell you the results were amazing. I had to do 8 sessions and of course maintenance is important whoever tells you otherwise , don't believe them. Maria and Nicole are truly amazing . Venus legacy is truly a gem machine. I also did body tighting with Fotona and my results are great . But don't expect miracles from 1-2 sessions. You need at least 8-10 sessions to see results. And trust me when I tell you it works! I also did by pdo threads by my smile lines as I saw a big difference a month later . :) Happy with my results. I visited Perfect 57 tonight and want to share my great experience. The office is very clean, bright, staff is very attentive and friendly. It is a great location and good prices when you buy a package. I highly recommend this place and would continue going there. My next appointment is September 4th. They have a great variety of different procedures, I was doing skin tightening and planning to do multiple session. They take before and after pictures, so it makes it easier to track your progress. I received a consultation from Doctor Greenberg when I arrived, to walk through my needs and talk about all their available services. He's incredibly experienced in the industry and was warm and wonderful to talk with. I got a medical-grade facial from Angela, and added micro-derm abrasion. (She also added in hot stone massage that was divine!!) She spent time to talk me through everything she was doing, and treatment options ongoing to combat the harsh New York winter on my skin. The difference in my skin even that night and especially the next day was INCREDIBLE. (My Mom even commented how fantastic it looked, unprompted!) I will 100% be coming back here for my facial and skin care needs, ongoing. It's worth noting they also offer Coolscupting, Botox, fillers, peels and a full skincare line including products designed by Doctor Greenberg. The space is modern and inviting. (I know it's also under new management - whatever they are doing is working!) Highly recommended the entire staff I worked with, for anything you need for your ongoing skincare needs.

She rents a room from another medical office and due to a scheduling error, the room was not available at the time of my appointment (it happens). She suggested that she administer botox in the kitchen of the medical office. I was truly horrified and the staff at the medical office were clearly very uncomfortable with her presence. They openly argued in front of me. It was bizarre and uncomfortable. When I said I was not comfortable and tried to leave, she harassed me outside the office as well as via text for hours following my appointment.

Better to go directly through them.*** I initially had some trouble locating Fox Vein where she is located inside their office. Construction outside the building. I found it though. Took elevator to second floor. Fox Vein receptionist told me where to go and I found my way no problem. I was greeted by her P.A. Huy. He gave me forms to fill out and answered any questions I had. Very knowledgeable and kind. I was waiting for Jane Scher, RN (business owner) to arrive. I didn't know she was running late at the time. Communication could improve there. She was late for her first appointment that was there before me too. My appointment was for 3. I went in the room at 4:11pm. I didn't mind waiting. Just wish I knew why. They offered me bottled water. Waiting are is small, it's in a hallway in fox vein waiting area. Jane called me in and assessed my face. She recommended her Clear + Brilliant laser along with the Lumecca laser to repair my skin. I appreciate it, though I told her I couldn't afford both. The Clear + Brilliant is more pricey than the Lumecca. Though I'd love to have done more, it's not affordable for me. Licensed veterinary techs don't make much. She understood and used the Lumecca. I appreciate her professionalism and honesty. She is very kind hearted. I loved her little Maltese dog, Botox, who slept in her purse! So cute! Well groomed, you can tell she loves him. The Lumecca laser felt just as they said, like a rubber band snapping on your face lol. It was a hot rubberband snap! She used a gel with it that cooled it slightly. Could take up to two weeks for results. I will update when I have my results! Took before and afters. :) Can't wait!!! I highly recommend Jane Scher, RN!! She also does Botox and fillers along with the IPLs. So it's been three weeks and I didn't notice much of a change. Maybe a slight improvement. I think she could have done better and did my whole face, as I had scheduled. I've gone to another place for the second treatment and she did my whole face for half the price I paid here. And the laser was stronger. Not sure if my setting was too low on purpose so I'd need more treatments. But I won't be returning here, sadly.

I found the reception and the doctor to be very cold. Her demeanor was offputting. It seemed like she was wondering why I was there at all. I understand that maybe Dr. Ding could still be with a patient prior to my appointment, but nope, I'm just kept waiting in an empty waiting room for a long time. She came off as cold and artificial. She told me that the procedure I needed to do takes more than one appointment visit, but she did a sloppy job that she didn't target the area thoroughly. It basically barely made a difference even after two sessions. I think she does this so you can book more appointments and pay more than you need to. This is really from my experience, but it looks like her reviews have gotten worse over time. I went to her many years ago and never reviewed her until now.
