    I came here based on a friend's recommendation! My friend was treating me for my birthday and wow! It was such a good experience. Their intake process is comprehensive. It reminded me of a medical office with some of the questions they were asking but nothing too complicated. If anything I felt reassured that they knew what they were doing. My aesthetician analyzes my skin and then makes a recommendation on the type of treatment I should do. She recommended that I do something hydrating and a microdermabrasion. I opted to pay and extra $55 for that add on. Initially I didn't notice a difference but the next day my skin looked noticeably brighter so I would def do this again. Although online reviews say this is very temporary. Also they gave me a free sample of lactic acid to encourage me to use chemical exfoliants to renew my skin. I appreciated this! Highly recommend

    Pretty Please provides the best facials I've ever had. Jennifer and her team are so knowledgeable and experienced. Not only do I leave feeling so pampered but my skin also never looks better. I can't go anywhere else because no where else even comes close to Pretty Please.

    Hi Jennnifer, Your esthetician scratched me with her nails. She apologized and I didn't realize it was as bad as it was. We can talk more on the phone but she 100 percent scratched me, acknowledged it and moved on because I didn't want it to ruin my facial. I'm telling you, the next day I noticed it and it was from her nails. I can talk to her and she can lie to my face if she wants. It's not ok to say that I'm making this up because I know this happened and the scar is still thwre. I'm saying please please please make sure your estheticians are more careful. I know what happened and she knows it too because she apologized right away for scratching me. It hurt and I tried to ignore it but the next day when I noticed how big the scratch was, I wanted to address it here. Not ok for your business to say it was me scratching myself.

Yes, as other reviews stated that this place is serene and minimalistic on fancy spa. You enter in quiet place from the busy Manhattan noise. Everyone is courteous from the moment of entry. This is definitely a great hidden spot among the high end stores and tourist attractions. My massage therapist asked the type of firmness and areas of focus. My muscles felt relieved. They have one bathroom for female locker room which is small so I can imagine the wait if there was more than two people waiting to be changed and go the bathroom. I went mid afternoon on Friday and it was fine. I will have to see how it is after 5PM on weekdays. I will be coming again as it was a great massage for the price I paid.

She set me up with some calming tea and brought me to a private changing area with a locker for my belongings. Everyone in the vicinity checked in to make sure I was doing ok. I was worried that because I had arrived late, I would eat up some of my massage time. No siree! They moved my massage to start when I was ready to begin. I booked the 90 minute Nuansa classic massage. You know how some places start the clock before you've sat down and finish the massage early (aka you pay for an hour and it's only about 45 minutes)? Well! That's not the case here! I got all 90 minutes of my massage. The massage itself: not to be believed. Lukkana started by saying "time to relax". And boy did I. Let me tell you one thing about me - I have the most ticklish legs of anyone I've ever met. Usually, when I have my legs massaged, I kick a hole in the wall and the masseuse files for a lawsuit (this is an exaggeration). Well! Somehow, Lukkana was able to work the muscles in my leg without triggering my dainty ticklish reflexes. I was astonished! Then, you know how sometimes you ask for a firm touch and you get jelly hands? Or the other way around and you're walking out with bruises? WELL - Lukkana made me feel immensely relaxed WHILE ALSO really working the tissue. What a novelty. She finished up with a scalp massage, which is truly the way to my heart. 11 out of 10. Would recommend. Thank you so much for making my day.

I don't say the aforementioned lightly since I used to manage a spa. What to know: the facial is very basic but thorough. You won't find any special facial treatments here beyond a mask upgrade. Most of the experience was having lotion applied or waiting for the mask to set - total work time on my face was 10 min. Is that supposed to be what happens during facials?? Elaine was my esthetician and was very courteous and communicated each step of what she was doing to keep me informed! At the end of the process, I was given a load of free samples!! Whoa!

    Been a customer since 2019 but - My experience has taken a…read moredisappointing turn. The owner and manager's unfortunate arrogance, poor management, and lack of respect for their customers have made it clear that they don't value the people who support their business: This place requires a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, but cancels appointments less than 2 hours before appointment time. This has happened on multiple occasions all on flimsy excuses, with an impersonal email, while you have already planned your day. Once or twice is understandable, but repeated instances demonstrate a lack of professionalism and disregard for customers' time (I tolerated this many times over the years) - and they call their last-minute cancellations a "policy", while it is a pattern. Instead of making efforts to retain customers or offer any meaningful resolution, when I finally spoke up, The "manager" working that day right off the bat suggested that I take my business elsewhere, canceled all my future appointments, and deactivated my account as retaliation. My effort to reach the manager was ignored, and they chose to communicate solely over email. The tone was combative and filled with attitude; the manager even lied about the reasons for my past appointment cancellations (see screenshot). There was no accountability and they made no effort to accommodate the customer - there's only immediate defensiveness, dysfunctional communication, and punitive measures for voicing concerns - all on top of yet another last-minute cancellation. Rather than valuing customers and handling things differently, they chose to push them away. When I reported this incident to the owner Rani, rather than addressing my concern, she demanded that I take down my online review in exchange for continued service. When I refused, she aligned with the manager and reinforced severing the relationship (adding, "we wish you the best in your future endeavors"). She also refused to acknowledge the manager's behaviors or take any accountability. This business has failed to uphold even basic professionalism and courtesy. The owner only cares about herself.
