While some may casually mention being willing to travel far for services, this center truly exceeded my expectations. Despite being over 60 miles from East Hampton, where I was vacationing for two months, I needed a colonic after finding them on Google. At the time, they were offering an incredible deal for a package of 3. I knew I had to purchase plus add an extra session to the initial package. I made it a priority to drive to them multiple times for 90 minute extended colonics. Despite initial nervousness about trying an open system without assistance from a Hydro therapist providing a body massage, I was surprised by the effectiveness of their machine and their "Detox Clay." Also recommend doing a Juice fast before or after the cleanse which Vanessa sells as well. This is the best way to get a colonic I have done research and also had it done other ways and this is truly the safest and best way. And if you are into Hot Yoga. I recommend doing a class of hot yoga and getting cleansed after. You will feel amazing and a lot of toxins will go out. They have 2 other locations which are in Garden City, and now NJ. I've been going to the Smithtown location. First of all my visits are covered by my insurance but…read morefor some reason there is a $30 scale fee? For what? And then to top it off they charge you 4% credit card fee. I've never heard of a charge for a scale fee, they don't even bill the insurance to see if it would be covered or not, it's like their little hidden fee that they get away with. If your BMI falls under 25 they will charge you $100 a visit plus scale fee $30 because they will tell you there is no code once you fall under a certain number, which is BS because a lot of people need help maintaining weight as well not just help with losing, so I'm sure there is a Code to bill for that, your a "weight loss center" your there to help people not only to lose weight but to help them keep it off. What doesn't even make more sense is that the girls at the desk will charge me my co-pay when I first walk in & they don't even know my weight, only to come out of my appt with Melissa go back to the front desk to get a refund because my BMI is over, the office should not take a co-pay until patient has been weighed, very unorganized!
