I did not go back to them for the test to be completed I went to Mt Siani where my doc is located and my insurance ended up denying them due to paying this place for a test they didnt do. I wouldn't recommend them at all, they may be all over and convenient but thats not always a positive. Now I am fighting to get them to pay my insurance back for something they didnt do so the rightly owed place can be paid.

The most disturbing part was the elevator did not work to go up for the testing floor. You had to climb multiple sets of stairs to get up to the second floor. I would think they should make you aware of this when you schedule your appointment. Many people coming for testing are probably disabled and can't climb up stairs. Beware do not make an appointment at this site if you can't climb stairs. Also, 5 to 6 business days to get written test results. Unbelievable!

I went there for a sonogram of the bladder, which was given to me by a technician named (EVA) she wasn't courteous at all seem mean spirited and bossy. she had me to drink way to much water even after telling her that I drank 2 liters of water before arriving, that's 32 ounces, then about 17 ounces once there measure in smalls cups no she told me it wasn't enough she went out into the waiting room and asked the two female attendees to get her a large cup. They scattered nervously trying to find a cup. and gave it to me, she said fill it up drink as much as you can, drank it all plus a half of a half quarter of water. The test was completed, went home and had a problem couldn't urinate thought I would end up in the ER. and would need a catheter couldn't do what I suppose to do, had that happen I would've contacted an attorney. Should you ever decide to go there for a sonogram please get someone else she's bad news.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.

The process was very straightforward- from the thorough medical review and prior authorization when…read morescheduling the appointment; after checking in, signing the paperwork and making my copay I was seated in a smaller room to wait to be called. When called I was taken to a changing room and given a gown , and assigned a locker where I chose my own code to secure my belongings. The technician verified my name& DOB, reason for the MRI and reviewers my medical history. I was then led too the procedure room and secured in place on the table , given the mandatory headphones and panic button and the exam was completed in about 30 minutes. The radiologist was extremely pleasant and ensured my comfort. I can only go to the locations with somewhat " open "'machines because of claustrophobia- the top sides of the machine are open do that you can see the room , so even with claustrophobia and being inside the machine up to your neck most people should be fine since you can still see your surroundings. There are other facilities with more open machines but I've been informed by doctors that they aren't as accurate. The results were available quickly online at the patient portal for me and my referring physician. The front desk staff was efficient. The parking lot is somewhat small but there are usually some spots along Sunrise Highway in front and some street parking in the back . Overall a an efficient, professional and straightforward process with good radiologists. I only go to this location for MRIs and recommend them.

I went online and scheduled an 8AM appointment for 7/9, took about five minutes. I arrived on time, and they took me in at about 8:05/10. Some of the complaints on here are about the time people had to wait. These are probably the same people that microwave Pop-tarts because toasting takes too long. You really need to loosen up your schedule. Once inside the room the process was efficient and painless. Picture the biggest baby you know when it comes to needles, now amplify that and you have me. The individual there found a vein, and a painless minute later she had her five tubes. My last experience took about 3-4 attempts to find a vein, so this was nothing short of amazing. To address some other Yelpers comments, I found the staff to be professional and they had no negative attitude. Was the receptionist (who was juggling more than just the front desk) the friendliest person? Maybe not, but she didn't curse me out and she was effective. I'm not looking to make friends, I just want to get this over with so I can go eat all the food I've been avoiding prior to this test. If you need some blood-work drawn, I recommend this place.
