They scheduled the appointment in a location that couldn't do the test? This past Wednesday, I left work early for my appointment (originally scheduled in December), and you guessed it - they asked to reschedule AGAIN! I was already at the facility, they had already taken my payment, and I was sitting in the Women's Health waiting room when they told me the necessary staff wasn't there! My scan is not 4 months overdue! Furthermore, their communication system is excessive, and I've been bombarded with text messages, voicemails, and emails - all are impersonal and redundant. I'm done with them. Please NEVER use Lenox Hill -Go elsewhere for your scans and tests. Your health is worth driving the extra miles to a better facility.

It was a quick 5-10 minute wait to get imaging, I spend it usually munching on free snacks in the waiting area. The MRI was state of the art, and I got my imaging without a hitch. The the care from the medical staff was amazing each time and they were able to answer any questions I had. I got my results two days afterwards. Just make sure that if you are sending your results to your provider, have the CORRECT fax number or else there might be delays. Overall, out of all of the places I've been to for imaging, I recommend this place the most.

Despite being present ahead of her scheduled time, she was not properly assisted or acknowledged in a timely manner. In a healthcare setting, professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication are essential--especially when patients may already be feeling anxious about their appointments. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. This experience reflects poorly on the level of patient care and respect that should be expected. I did not go back to them for the test to be completed I went to Mt Siani where my doc is located and my insurance ended up denying them due to paying this place for a test they didnt do. I wouldn't recommend them at all, they may be all over and convenient but thats not always a positive. Now I am fighting to get them to pay my insurance back for something they didnt do so the rightly owed place can be paid.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:45 , I got there at 2:30pm the office was busy. Each time they came out with a folder , I was hoping they would call my name but they didn't. After about an hour I was finally called into the exam room. I had an X-Ray done onsite., 10 mins later Dr. Gerber came into the exam room. Dr. Gerber has good bed side manner. He looked over my MRI reports that I brought to the office as well as the X-Rays. He was attentive and offered several treatment options, I didn't feel pressure to my decision. referred me to a great physical therapy place. Although my visit with Dr. Gerber went well , I would probably see him again at a different location.

If they say the company is Rapid Diagnostics, do not agree to have your sonogram done in office. Ask for a script to be sent to Zwanger or any other place you have gone before. My mom's primary care doctor ordered a pelvic sonogram and it was done in their office by this company. Days after I get a call saying that my mom needs to follow up with her gynecologist. I ask why and the doctors office says to just follow up with the gynecologist. The primacy care doctor sends the report to the gynecologist. We schedule a call and speak with the gynecologist and he proceeds to explain the results of the sonogram. He starts talking about my mom's uterus. I Interrupt him to ask what a hysterectomy was and he tells us that it is the removal of the uterus. I tell him that my mom had a partial hysterectomy. My mom and I are now nervous trying to understand what is inside of her that looks like a uterus? The gynecologist says, don't panic, we will repeat the exam to make sure things are ok. I get a copy of the Rapid Diagnostics report and read all these measurements and details about my mom's uterus. I call the primary care doctor and try to get answers and I get no help. I decide to call Rapid Diagnostics to get answers and I am just told to speak to the primacy care doctor. A couple of days later, I get an EDITED report saying that my mom doesn't have a uterus and that the technician wasn't told that she had a hysterectomy. My mom was so scared wondering what was happening. No one cared about how she was feeling or showed any empathy aside from her gynecologist. He was the only one that cared about how she felt and took it upon himself to verify the results by performing another sonogram. Thankfully the second sonogram done by her gynecologist show everything was great and there was nothing to be worried about. Please learn from my mom experience and do not allow any test to be performed in your doctors office if they say that they have partnered with Rapid Diagnostics. This is not a reputable company. Do not trust your healthcare with them.
