I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth. The lady at check in had just returned and she tagged if she could help me and I told her that I had to check in and she got a little rude. Her reply and tone was, I'm helping two people. She could have stated that she will be with me in a moment, a much better reply! I went back to the front desk as I was summoned from the person that sent me a way and he was kind and pleasant to deal with. After check in I dealt with the techs. Tina was the first, giving a mammogram it was a strange experience for me e as a guy but I made it through. Jesse was the sonogram tech. Very pleasant experience and both were giving me information as to what was about to occur. I had to do an chest X-ray and that also went well. I didn't get the text name but he was very apologetic for the delay in the waiting time. He didn't know that they put out charts in door rack. The facility is emaculate and very much in order. All of the other staff that I dealt with were professional, and compassionate.

I was given a clean smock to wear, sat down with a friendly nurse to get the IV in my arm, and as I went in the big tube, the MD was in full communication with me to ensure that I was comfortable and that nothing was going wrong. In the end I was given a CD so I could see the results (even though I wouldn't be able to interpret the results/data with my BS in political science), but I can't seem to get any images to show on my computer.

I said to her I don't have Covid, when I did I rescheduled fulling informing your staff, had I known today would have been a problem, I would have rescheduled for another day. She said, "that would have been smarter." As I was getting my coat in, she returned, to walk me to the exit. I said to her, I am just putting on my coat if that's okay. The exam was not like I have had other times. I was assured by an administrator that she did the exam appropriately. The most disturbing part was the elevator did not work to go up for the testing floor. You had to climb multiple sets of stairs to get up to the second floor. I would think they should make you aware of this when you schedule your appointment. Many people coming for testing are probably disabled and can't climb up stairs. Beware do not make an appointment at this site if you can't climb stairs. Also, 5 to 6 business days to get written test results. Unbelievable!

I went there for a sonogram of the bladder, which was given to me by a technician named (EVA) she wasn't courteous at all seem mean spirited and bossy. she had me to drink way to much water even after telling her that I drank 2 liters of water before arriving, that's 32 ounces, then about 17 ounces once there measure in smalls cups no she told me it wasn't enough she went out into the waiting room and asked the two female attendees to get her a large cup. They scattered nervously trying to find a cup. and gave it to me, she said fill it up drink as much as you can, drank it all plus a half of a half quarter of water. The test was completed, went home and had a problem couldn't urinate thought I would end up in the ER. and would need a catheter couldn't do what I suppose to do, had that happen I would've contacted an attorney. Should you ever decide to go there for a sonogram please get someone else she's bad news.

Despite being present ahead of her scheduled time, she was not properly assisted or acknowledged in a timely manner. In a healthcare setting, professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication are essential--especially when patients may already be feeling anxious about their appointments. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. This experience reflects poorly on the level of patient care and respect that should be expected. I strongly encourage management to review staff conduct and ensure that all patients are treated with the professionalism and attentiveness they deserve

The minimum wait in the infusion waiting area is 2-3 hours and the supervisor just does not care. I walk in the back during my wait and see half the treatment rooms empty. I know it is not the nurses fault but it is truly the manager who does not know how to handle the work flow. We have been getting treatments there over a year and a half and the excuses are weekely. Every other program moves us through the treatment day 100X more efficiently. The MSK reputation is truly not worth the added stress of treatment. No clue to the exact "upfront office". Ended up in the wrong office, they directed us to the office directly in front of the very first lady at the podium who told us to go to the office in the back. I think that we are in the correct office! This office sends us back to the very first lady at the podium so that we can check in with her. Then they send her down stairs, I go along to wait in that waiting area. I get down stairs and the staff began to speaking rude to me as a visitor. I stood in front of the chair to see the directions they are going. ( I didn't move) They thought it was necessary for her to tell me that the room was fur patients only. I was responding by saying I'm just watching the directions. They other staff member was present and must have got offended by my response so she kicked me out of the waiting area and told me I had to leave the area. I asked, shall I go back to the room that we started in. Her nasty response was, just find a waiting room upstairs. The improvements needed for a pleasant visit would have been for the lady at the podium to take charge and ask questions so that she can do her job and direct people to the correct area. That would have prevented us from going to 3 different places. A staff member was blowing her nose the entire time I sat in the waiting room which was really disgusting. Om our exit, the lady at the podium did tell us to press "S" for street to leave the building. So I guess that makes up for the entrance..... NO! I wise not to come here again. Not even to drop someone off. I'll just stay in my car instead of parking in the valet. By the way, he was the only person to provide exceptional customer service!
