Really disappointed. I went here for a cyst removal by Dr. Kuo and after a long, expensive surgery my cyst came back only a few weeks later. I questioned this at my follow up appointment and was completely ignored. When I called to ask if I could speak to the doctor, they said I could not unless I made another expensive telehealth or office visit. Unacceptable to have to keep paying this much for an unsuccessful simple surgery. Why can't I even have a quick conversation with my doctor without paying a $50+ copay????? Just rude, impersonal service in my opinion. read more

Easily the worst doctor I've ever been to. I scheduled a chemical peel appointment for about 2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did I wait an hour to be seen, but the receptionists were extremely rude. I sat there and listened to one of them condescendingly scream at a old man who was hard-of-hearing because he had trouble answering questions. When I was finally called in, the staff was extremely unprofessional. They were goofing off and running around, obviously not taking their jobs seriously. The nurse administering my chemical peel didn't recline my chair so it immediately went into my eye and burned it. I told her she had to recline the chair. I literally had to tell a "medical professional" the proper way to administer a chemical peel. Additionally, Dr. Papodopalous came in for about 2 minutes, insulted my acne, and then threw test tubes of some acne cream (that I still don't know the contents of because she didn't explain) and left. I wasn't able to ask her any of the question I had. She told me to leave the chemical peel on until about dinner time (it was around 12:30-1). I took it off a little earlier because it seemed long, but that didn't correct any damage. Two months later, my skin is so raw and burned I can't even put cetaphil on it, and it's dry and flaky to the point where I can't move my face at all. It's hard to open my mouth to eat. I have permanent skin damage because of their incompetence. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone, nor will I be back. Proceed with caution. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

The drs are great. I felt my needs were addressed and definitely see an improvement after only my second visit. However, why charge a processing fee on paying the copay with your debit card??? That's absurd. Who carries cash and checks anymore?? It's under a dollar- come on?!? With the rising prices of medical insurance, you can't eat the fees for clients? read more

Four stars only because it's super hard to get an appointment here and they keep you on hold sooooooo long on the phone every time you call. My husband and I have been going here for years, all the girls are great, especially Lynn who I think is the PA. Nice, clean and modern office read more

Honestly one of the best experiences i have ever had at a dr. I was in and out in a quick period of time and they were all super nice and helpful. I am having issues with some skin cancer, tags etc so i went in today to get some biopsied. I also scheduled a full body exam end of month. SO it didn't hurt its over with im home relaxing and hopeful it will be taken care of quickly. Great job. read more

I've been going to this dermatologist for years, but probably won't be able to go anymore because of their hours and working full time. The Doctors are excellent, but Lynn at the front desk isn't helpful at all. I tried making an appointment, but it turns out the only time I'm available they'll be closed for construction. I explained that their hours are terrible considering the amount of people who work full time. Instead of helping, she had a terrible attitude. I do recommend the Doctors, but the office manager not so much. read more

I was suffering from a bad poison ivy encounter and was at my wits end. My coworker suggested this place as she is a patient there. They took me immediately, the entire staff is extremely friendly. I think the assistants name was Nikki, she was an absolutely sweetheart and very reassuring. Dr. Nick is a very nice guy and was extremely attentive and was very compassionate with my lack of health insurance. Absolutely positive experience at this office.
