In my experience the Levittown office has significantly shorter wait times than Oceanside. However, if you need laser treatment it's only available at Oceanside.

Not one of them could diagnose her rash. This morning we were fortunate that Dr. Kornreich's office added my daughter to their schedule on a busy Saturday. Dr. Kornreich entered the examination room confidently and empathized with her, advising of the diagnosis, treatment, and what anyone suffering patient wants to hear "I will be here if you should need help with anything else." While I was on the medication, he monitored me with blood tests. When an unusual blood platelet reading showed up, he immediately tried to determine if it was caused by the medication. My problem was not listed on the medicine's data sheet as a side effect. But because it could become a serious medical issue, Dr. Glaser called the manufacturer directly. They acknowledged that it was an uncommon and therefore unlisted side effect. He immediately terminated that treatment. Thanks to his insight and his conscientious nature, I was saved from future medical dangers. For years he has been treating sun damage spots on my head; biopsying them, freezing them, removing them, etc. When I needed specialized surgery or plastic surgery because of the nature or extent of cancer cells on my head, he has always sent me to excellent surgeons. He always followed up to make sure I was healing well. Two weeks ago a cluster of painful pimples appeared on my wife's back. The secretary fit us in for a same-day emergency visit. Dr. Glaser knew at a glance that it was a shingles outbreak. A prescription went right to our pharmacy and we left with complete instructions for its care. We have already had two follow-up contacts from Dr. Glaser. It's not just the big stuff he follows up on. I have dry skin on my legs because of bad circulation, so I get reminders to use a lotion on my legs. Anything that is of concern to us, is important to him. Something is always popping up. We are quite comfortable in calling for an emergency appointment. His office staff is very accommodating. We have an ongoing need for a great dermatologist and that is Dr. Glaser.

He examines me and said firstly we have to see if your insurance will approve injections of a very expensive drug. He prescribed cream and said no follow up appointment till you hear from us after my insurance company gets back to them. Ok. 3 weeks go by and painful scales are now spreading to the bottom of my foot making it more painful to walk. I call my insurance company for status, and they tell me that no request for approval has been submitted yet. I call and speak to two people at front desk who tell me that I have to get the approval myself (I knew they were wrong). I make an appointment with doctor to tell him about the mistakes, but he won't listen to me. He talked his way around the issue and ended up taking a biopsy before he can do anything (not what I was told at first visit). Biopsy done and Dr says "I will call you in a couple of days with the results ". Sure enough three weeks later and no call (not surprised). I'm now looking for another dermatologist as I don't think I can call this office again without screaming at them. Stay away from this man.
