My appointment was at 1:30 and I arrived a few minutes prior to finish any paperwork that was needed. I waited about 25 minutes before being brought into a room and told to change into the gown. I then waited another 20 minutes and the doctor had still not come in. The walls are paper thin so I could clearly hear the conversation going on in the room next to me and there were two patients being seen. Once I heard her start speaking with the second patient, I got dressed and left. I had other places to be and assumed a 1:30 appointment gave me ample time to be there. I can completely understand running a little behind but almost 50 minutes is just unacceptable. I work in a field that is appointment based and nothing bothers me more than not respecting someone's time. I'm not blaming the doctor because I assume she's not booking the appointments. If it's an office issue with scheduling it needs to be addressed. I won't be back.

Massapequa Imaging said they wound 'red flag' it. Which meant yet another 24 hours. That conversation took place 24 hours ago; still no results. We tried calling three times, but no one had the decency to answer. Our doctor called, but her call was not taken either. Massapequa Imaging dies not do their job; irresponsible and unprofessional are words that apply. Making an elderly woman with pneumonia symptoms just wait and cough. Massapequa Imaging responds to all of their bad reviews the same way: 'Sorry!' Saying sorry does not help one bit. It is not a professional response. Instead of sorry, how about just doing your job?
