Their last appointments on the weekday are 6pm and was so extremely grateful he waited for me! He's definitely the coolest doctor I've ever been too. Last time I went there he was very informative and did help my skin. My complaint is how they schedule appointments and then make patients wait 1+ hour every damn time. It's fcking ridiculous. If by chance you do schedule an appointment at this location, I recommend you to show up a MINIMUM of 45 minutes after your scheduled time or to leave your day open. Coming to this location might ruin your day as you cannot plan around it. Please message me if you require more details as I will be more specific if needed. Thanks.

He said he'd get back to me in a couple of days. 2 weeks later I chatted them in the app, and they ignored. I wrote again a week later and he said his colleague was on vacation and he'd get back to me soon. It took another week before he did. So I waited about 5 weeks. Not feeling confident in them I went to a different dermatologist. He sent me for a biopsy immediately. It was cancer. They're probably fine if you want Botox or some other cosmetic procedure, but I would never go back for any serious issue.

The waiting room was clean and comfortable; - I was able to Check In - Using an iPad System; - It could not have been easier. I was immediately impressed with PA Aminov; She was compassionate, friendly and pleasant. She listened to all my complaints/concerns and addressed them carefully, expertly and expeditiously. She ensured that pain was kept to a minimum throughout the various dermatological procedures that she executed. She was highly skilled and experienced and I can say with certainty, she did an amazing job. I also want to bring attention and thanks for her taking her time; - You won't feel rushed with PA Aminov; This is quite the contrary to many of the experiences I've had in Dermatology practices in South Florida. This was refreshing. Anyways - I want to thank PA Aminov and her team for taking such great care of me. Special "Shout Out" to PA Aminov's Assistant "Mia" - who was incredibly kind, professional and helpful! I would trust this practice to care for my very own patients and my family members. My note to the Doctor after an office visit:…read more I have cancelled my appointment with you for Oct 28, 2024. I have made an appointment with a general surgeon to have the epidermoid cyst removed. After your I&D there was no reduction in size and it is like I did not see you at all. Please send the results of the culture as soon as you get them. Sir, your bedside manner is non-existent. You lack compassion and you don't LISTEN to patient feedback. You administered 1% Xylocaine with Epinephrine. You did not wait even a minute before making an incision. The pain was severe. You minimized my complaint, telling me I was feeling "pressure" and not pain. Sir, I have had more procedures with local anesthesia than I can count. That includes oral surgery for a root extraction, bone graft and gum closure 4 weeks ago. Also Mohs S-plasty on June 18, 2024. I felt pressure but never pain. What I felt in your office was PAIN! Do not EVER dismiss a patient's feelings or feedback. I will have my other skin care needs attended to by a dermatologist in Florida when I get there. My advice to you, based on my experience and based on the comments left by other patients is to reassess what you do for a living, why you do it and if you cannot become more engaged, more empathetic and more communicative, stop practicing. Apparently you forgot why you went into medicine ... and it shows.
