Never been to a dermatologist before, but this office made the process so easy. Came a few minutes early, filled out the needed forms, then met with the staff. The office is beautiful!!! Modern, new and super clean. The staff is super nice and Dr. Vishal Saggar was great. The nurse was great too I just can't remember her name Dr. Saggar listened to my concerns, asked my current routine and evaluated what was wrong. He immediately identified what I should be used and he and the nurse wrong everything down step by step. My prescriptions also came with precise directions. So far so good, and I look forward to continuing my journey at Cloudlake! read more

My 18 year old daughter was amazed at how wonderful her experience at Cloudlake was. She was impressed with how nice Matina and Dr. Banker were and how comfortable she felt at her appointment without me accompanying her. Gone are the days of pasty older men trying to relate to our skin issues. I am looking forward to returning for myself and would recommend them wholeheartedly. I can't say enough good things about this place. My first point of contact was with Matina, through email, to make an appointment and ask an insurance question. Within an hour I had an answer and could sense, even through text, that she was friendly and warm. When I met her the next day in person, indeed she was both. Then I met Jennifer, who put me in a room, asked some medical questions, and explained what would happen (I was in for my first cancer screening- do it people!). She too was kind and open. Then I met Dr. Banker. She was reassuring, patient, thorough, and professional without sacrificing personability. She explained everything as she was doing it, and was very clear in her instructions. She even offered a treatment for a condition that I didn't even know I had. (It was offered, as a helpful suggestion, not forced in any way). The office is beautiful; it feels like a spa, and it's immaculate. One might feel intimidated walking into a lovely place like this and then coming face to face with gorgeous person after gorgeous person while you're in a skin crisis and feeling rather low about yourself but...no need. Everyone was truly welcoming and kind. If you're a bit of a nervous nelly (like me), seriously give this place a go. read more

Location is new, clean, and modern looking. Staff is friendly and very responsive. I've been there twice, and the wait is always super short (5-10 mins max before I've been called in.) Dr. Saggar has a great bedside manner. Like everyone else, hes' friendly and knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. read more

My wife got a rash on her back. Not widespread but very itchy. She saw our now-previous dermatologist who prescribed some meds. Within a week the rash spread over 60% of her body. We were fortunate to schedule a next-day appointment with Dr. Banker. Her medical assistant performed a very extensive history for the doctor. Then Dr. Banker came in with a smile and confidence that engendered hope. She examined my wife, told her to stop taking her meds, prescribed completely different meds and asked her to schedule a two-week followup. Within 48 hours my wife's itching lessened as did the scabbing and skin discoloration. Ten days later my wife is on the road to recovery. Dr. Banker is a world-class physician who cares for her patients as she would her family. We cannot recommend her highly enough. read more

Dr. Banker was absolutely fantastic. I came in for a skin cancer screening and I actually got a full screening. My previous doctor glanced over me quickly without paying much attention to detail. I imagine Dr. Banker has this attention to detail in all aspects of her practice. She had an answer for all of my concerns, and was quick and thorough without ever making me feel rushed. I'm so glad I found this place! It is a bit of a drive for me, but well worth it. The staff and doctor are extremely nice. There is barely any wait time when you arrive. One of my main complains I had with previous dermatologists was that they lack attention and I always felt rushed, this is absolutely not the case with Dr. Banker. She takes her time explaining everything and makes sure you understand and clears up any questions you have. She gives you an idea of what to expect with the treatment as well. I have already recommended this place to family, I was just happy with how the whole experience went. And the building is gorgeous.... read more

Today was my 2nd visit with Dr. Banker, and my first non-cosmetic actual medical visit for my recurring cystic acne. The Cloudlake office is immaculate and her staff is so friendly and warm. Like most others, I really dislike Dr's offices (even for good visits!) so being in a place that's ridiculously sterile yet still warm is huge for me. Dr. Banker has great bedside manner. She approached my treatment taking in all sorts of other health factors and she asked me a ton of questions. As for fillers and botox, she's great at not overdoing it and emphasizing my natural features. I'm looking forward to returning so we can start her long term plan of treatment for my acne scarring. Dr. Banker and the entire office staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. Clear and concise on a plethora of issues. Yes, treated me as a human rather than "next". ;) The office and building is amazing as well. I normally don't write any yelp reviews (it does help when your family is filled with physicians) but, I needed to take the time to write one. You couldn't have a better experience at a physicians office. Usually, I might end something like this with some humor, but being around physician offices most of my adult life just warrants me to say, "I'm glad that I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Banker and staff.". I went to get a second opinion at Cloudlake and glad I did. The first Dr. (across the street) didn't even think to check my whole body for moles and only addressed the moles I was concerned about on my face and arms. He suggested to remove them for cosmetic reasons. Dr. Banker on the other hand checked my whole body and found a mole that looked concerning and requested a biopsy done. Now that's the difference between a good Dr. and a mediocre one. read more

I took my 18 month old to see Dr. Banker - turns out he has a cyst! The facility is beautiful, all of the staff in dermatology are extremely friendly and Dr. Banker is such a professional and unfazed by crying children :). Dr. Banker worked wonders for my skin. She spent extra time with me, reviewing my history thoroughly, and she created a regimen that was perfectly tailored to my skin. I've never had my skin looking so clear. It was amazing! She really listened to me, and she figured out why my previous medications never worked well. I also really appreciated how she created both a short-term plan, and a long-term plan for me, based on what would be safe during pregnancy and nursing.
