I called yesterday to have all my images put on a CD and all of my records because I am going to be changing to another company and they said they would have them ready for me at the desk so I came in to get my CD and of course they were not ready and I had a sit here for 45 minutes and wait for them to print everything up horrible service and I will never come back here again or ever refer them to anybody I'm disgusted

I think I had to wait maybe 5 minutes. Nothing major at all. His bedside manor is great. He's easy to talk to. He listens to me and truly seems to care about my concerns. He explained things to me in a way that was very easy to understand during my consultation. Today, during my epidural, he was great at keeping me calm and talked me through each step of the way. When the procedure was over, I was shocked at how quickly and flawless the entire procedure was. I actually said, "That's it?" Dr. Lee and his team were fantastic! Thank you! Prior to meeting with Dr. Lee, I met with Dr. Koutsoumbelis. I left one orthopedic group on LI to switch to Dr. K who was highly recommended to me by a top PT on Long Island. Dr. K added me to his Friday schedule within an hour of hearing about my case. Since I was a last minute addition to his schedule, I wasn't sure what to expect. Not once did I feel rushed during our appointment. He has a great bedside manor. He had me laughing during one of the most stressful days of my life. He was truly optimistic and therefore I felt optimistic. He connected with me (he skis and I snowboard) and even took time to tell me about mountains I should check out when I'm in Colorado this April. It's rare to be able to connect with a doctor. They usually want you in and out of their office ASAP. That wasn't my experience with Dr. K and Dr. Lee for that matter. He's progressive and smart. He instantly put me on a very helpful regimen. I left Dr. K's office feeling hopeful and motivated to get started. Overall, I am very pleased with both Dr. Lee and Dr. K. I am glad that I transitioned from another orthopedic group to Central Orthopedic. I highly recommend both doctors. They make a great team.

before going to a new place be it a restaurant even .what to say about going to a new…read morecardiologist!!!etc i always do check on reviews. .some are excellent /good and some very bad...then it depends on me purely...on 15th sept i had a fall at home and badly hurt my right shoulder ..went to this center on Plainview as it is very close and i got a quick appointment..17th it was...DR. KESHNER..saw me ..some xrays taken ..no fracture,,asked me to make some movements with my hand ..and then asked me if there was a bruise!!??..then he said ,,if pain does not go away in 14days to go back..no medication..no injection...during those 14 days the pain was in and out ..excruciating at times and not so bad other times..14 days passed ..i was in a quandary whether to go back. .finally on the 20th day or so went back paid the 25$copayment upfront like be4 ..he again asked me to make some movements with my hand ,,,and asks me if i need an injection(cortison??)..i said is that a 100pc cure ..he said not sure..i asked him why he could not give me that shot on my first visit.as a result i spent 20 days in some sort of pain\discomfort//and in addition had to pay again the 25$$..i refused to take the shot and walked out.while leaving i asked him if he takes new patients??(does he understand sarcasm???)...bottom line he has no idea what he is doing.i will check with medicare etc to find out about their billing ...my addl.25 $$could have been better spent on charity!!!!do not go to dr keschner..first visit he appeared very chirpy and in good humor..notthe second time ..as if my pain of 20 days got transferred to him!!!.....hope to see the DR again...but not in 651 old country rd.just as an addl info ..i am retired CPA.my wife retired from nassau community college ..2 daughters..one is a doctor and the other a lawyer...we are not from the streets and definitely can make out the difference between rational and irrational...or good and bad!!!end of monologue

Went to the new Merrick, NY location that is not listed here yet. Had 2 X-rays taken on Wednesday…read more Their portal says results won't be available until next Monday or Tuesday!! I don't understand the delay. These images were to confirm/deny something very obvious. It's not ethical to cause undo anxiety to people awaiting test results. If this facility is so backed up and under staffed that their patient's results cannot be read in a timely manner I will surely go elsewhere in the future and advise family and friends to do likewise.

One week later, i did another follow up test in a different location, the nurse was very very nice. However I cannot give more than 3 stars. The reason being when I waited for couple days and still not getting my result I called them, they gave me such a hard time on the phone. They have my Dr. information on file when I call to get my result send to dr. they refused!! They told me that my Dr. has to call them to request the copy in a very rude way!! very disappointed by their customer service or maybe the receptionist.

During the week after lunchtime seems like the sweet timing spot to schedule your appointments, if you want this ease. From front desk reception to nursing aid and medical technician all were super nice, smiling and ready to educate you on what to expect before, during and after.
