When you enter you will see a large selection of seats and the check-in counter is on your left, sign in, grab a seat, and they will do the rest. There are two television for your entertainment, both have closed caption. This is a doctor's office so patients is a valuable quality. Your name is called, you are escorted to the offices in the back. Once you're done you will go to the front checkout and you're given other information pertaining to your visit or appointment. If you need forms filled, submit them before you leave and ask for them to be emailed and check your spam folder if you don't receive the request documents. (LOOK FOR SIGNS ON EXIT from the examine room). I find that early appointments, before 10 a.m is better. Even though there is a huge parking lot. There's a physical therapy office around the corner to your left as you walk in and there's 2 other offices that you will pass when driving in. That being said, you'll search for parking if you get there by 9:45.

I don't understand the delay. These images were to confirm/deny something very obvious. It's not ethical to cause undo anxiety to people awaiting test results. If this facility is so backed up and under staffed that their patient's results cannot be read in a timely manner I will surely go elsewhere in the future and advise family and friends to do likewise.

The reason being when I waited for couple days and still not getting my result I called them, they gave me such a hard time on the phone. They told me that my Dr. has to call them to request the copy in a very rude way!! very disappointed by their customer service or maybe the receptionist.

I called yesterday to have all my images put on a CD and all of my records because I am going to be changing to another company and they said they would have them ready for me at the desk so I came in to get my CD and of course they were not ready and I had a sit here for 45 minutes and wait for them to print everything up horrible service and I will never come back here again or ever refer them to anybody I'm disgusted

I was in for a CT scan of my neck and the whole process took less than an hour. I waited in the…read moremain waiting room for about 15 minutes and then I waited about 5-10 minutes in a smaller waiting room. I was given a clean smock to wear, sat down with a friendly nurse to get the IV in my arm, and as I went in the big tube, the MD was in full communication with me to ensure that I was comfortable and that nothing was going wrong. In the end I was given a CD so I could see the results (even though I wouldn't be able to interpret the results/data with my BS in political science), but I can't seem to get any images to show on my computer.

While the staff have always been pleasant, the wait times have been extremely high. Upon finishing my appointment with my primary care provider next door, I was sent to the small suite for blood labs and waited an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, making this a 2-hour appointment for a routine prescription refill. On evenings when the lab is closed, blood is drawn during the appointment with a doctor, which seems more efficient. There are several draw stations within the lab, but they are not curtained and I made eye contact with someone in the waiting area while blood left my arm. I'm not shy or squeamish when it comes to blood, but this seems like an overlooked courtesy. There were also sterilization pad wrappers from a previous patient left at my draw station, and the openness of the materials (vials, syringes, needles, waste bins) makes this feel not just like a blood farm, but a liability. 3 stars are solely to the patient, kind phlebotomists doing what they can to shuffle the blood cattle along without any assistance.

What was most upsetting was how impatient and insensitive she was with my autistic son. She made no effort to understand or accommodate his needs, which is unacceptable in any pediatric setting. I will not be bringing my child back, and I would not recommend her to any parent-- especially those with children who require a bit more compassion and patience.

A friendly young lady greeted me 10 minutes later. Took the sheet from my doctor then took my blood and I was out by 10am. I know not everyone will have the experience yet, it may make sense to have an appointment and have the doctor paper work in hand to expedite the process. Second appointment: I arrived very early for a 11:45am appointment, 11:15am and checked in using QR code. Several people came in after me and were seen first which was ok since I was early. I did notice over 30 minutes of waiting that the staff was not as friendly and seemed rushed/disorganized. They called my middle name at 11:55 approximately, but I was unsure if it was me since there were other people waiting and they did not say the last name. I told them my first name and asked them if it could be me and the associate got annoyed, shut the door, came back and asked if it was John. I feel attention to detail is important especially, when sticking needles in people and labeling their blood, so I did not feel comfortable staying given the above. I don't take it personally, people have not so great days and bring that negative energy to work, I simply choose to remove myself from those environments.
