Today, 3/30/26, he listened to me attentively and then gave me a brief A&P (Anatomy and Physiology) lesson on what is going on with me. He was forthcoming about my condition and made suggestions for treatment. He is thorough and detail oriented, and he keeps my medical needs a top priority! I highly recommend him! Amanda, the front desk clerk who took my payment today, was jovial and polite.

There are two television for your entertainment, both have closed caption. This is a doctor's office so patients is a valuable quality. Your name is called, you are escorted to the offices in the back. Once you're done you will go to the front checkout and you're given other information pertaining to your visit or appointment. (LOOK FOR SIGNS ON EXIT from the examine room). I find that early appointments, before 10 a.m is better. Even though there is a huge parking lot. There's a physical therapy office around the corner to your left as you walk in and there's 2 other offices that you will pass when driving in. That being said, you'll search for parking if you get there by 9:45.

Let me start by stating that the front desk staff are awesome. They deserve six stars. They…read morerecognize old and new faces and are eager to help newbies, like myself get checked in efficiently and with such kindness. They also go over any concerns you have if you ask about it and try to address them prior to. I was worried about dehydration and my kidneys with my first time doing IV Contrast. The nurse took my blood to test my creatinine levels and as a precaution gave me a salene dose pre and post IV contrast. The one star is for what happened on the other side of the door. I was there for a brain scan to rule out something. On the forms and every time I spoke with a nurse or an MRI technician I mentioned that I have rods in my back, to forewarn about pre-existing medical issues. After the scan, I was waiting for the male nurse who got me situated with the machine to finish up putting things away so I could have his arm for an assist in getting up off the table safely and to avoid hitting my head on the mould (to secure my head during the MRI) around it. A female nurse came in and asked me if I needed help getting up. I said, "Yeah, I have a bad back and I get dizzy." That right there was her first clue. She put out her arm and I trusted that her as a healthcare professional would know what to do. NOPE. I grabbed her arm and she pulled me up quickly at a 90° angle and I screamed in agony and then she dropped me back down to the table. Immediately since, I have been experiencing new issues; significant loss of motion, increased pain, and my back buckles when I walk nowadays. It's the scariest thing. I'm pretty sure she tore something like my gluteus. I don't know for sure and I just recently (few weeks ago) had my back and pelvis scanned. Do they have any idea how difficult it will be to request another one shortly after? My range of motion prior to visiting on 11/12/24 was really good (in consideration of my pre-existing back issues). Now, I can't walk without extreme pain and stiffness. I can't sit and scooch to one side without tremendous pain. I can't lie down on the side that was affected by her pulling me up without being in agony. I can't sleep without waking up to pain each night. My walking step strides went from average steps to baby steps with additional new pain. She knows who she is if she reads this and though it was unintentional and an accident there are some basic fundamentals she should know prior to working in a place that has people coming and going with all sorts of issues.... NEVER LEAD WHEN YOU'RE THE ASSIST. Her arm was supposed to be there for support, not as the pull. I rotated to the side and used the male nurses arm after that snafu and he did it right. He didn't try to move me any which way and just allowed me to get up at my pace. Happy scans!

Even though they were busy, they were quick, attentive, and friendly. Since it was our first time being there, I was dreading mountains of paperwork with a sick 1 year old, but the questions were asked quickly and efficiently without me having to lift a finger. Once I got into a room, I was immediately met by the Doctor who quickly and efficiently examined our daughter, all the while walking me through every step of the way. The doctor spoke to me, and discussed his concerns and direction of thinking with me instead of just going ahead and doing everything. The doctor was amazing with our daughter, and she acted like she knew him for the entire length of her time on this earth! The nurse who provided our daughter with the breathing treatments was wonderful, a big smile on her face the entire time and made our daughter laugh. The x-ray technician who has obvious experience with little ones getting x-rays was chipper and fun, and our daughter was immediately drawn to him. The reception staff was polite, friendly, and kind. Since we have moved down here, my husband and I have been met with our fair share of disgruntled employees at doctors offices and labs. This was the FIRST time (aside from her usual pediatrician) that the entire office was friends, quick, and attentive. And above all, WONDERFUL. Hopefully we wont need to be returning here anytime soon, but this place is first on our list should the time come again. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful!

From the moment she walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Her bedside manner was nonexistent. She rushed through the entire visit, despite there being no one else in the waiting room. She was also completely dismissive of my concerns as a parent, which felt incredibly disrespectful. What was most upsetting was how impatient and insensitive she was with my autistic son. She made no effort to understand or accommodate his needs, which is unacceptable in any pediatric setting. Her cold and unprofessional attitude made an already stressful situation worse. I will not be bringing my child back, and I would not recommend her to any parent-- especially those with children who require a bit more compassion and patience.

A friendly young lady greeted me 10 minutes later. Took the sheet from my doctor then took my blood and I was out by 10am. I know not everyone will have the experience yet, it may make sense to have an appointment and have the doctor paper work in hand to expedite the process. Second appointment: I arrived very early for a 11:45am appointment, 11:15am and checked in using QR code. Several people came in after me and were seen first which was ok since I was early. I did notice over 30 minutes of waiting that the staff was not as friendly and seemed rushed/disorganized. They called my middle name at 11:55 approximately, but I was unsure if it was me since there were other people waiting and they did not say the last name. I told them my first name and asked them if it could be me and the associate got annoyed, shut the door, came back and asked if it was John. I feel attention to detail is important especially, when sticking needles in people and labeling their blood, so I did not feel comfortable staying given the above. I don't take it personally, people have not so great days and bring that negative energy to work, I simply choose to remove myself from those environments. As of my experiences it could go either way at this location and I suppose this applies to life in general anywhere you go lol! Namaste.
