A friendly young lady greeted me 10 minutes later. Took the sheet from my doctor then took my blood and I was out by 10am. I know not everyone will have the experience yet, it may make sense to have an appointment and have the doctor paper work in hand to expedite the process. Second appointment: I arrived very early for a 11:45am appointment, 11:15am and checked in using QR code. Several people came in after me and were seen first which was ok since I was early. I did notice over 30 minutes of waiting that the staff was not as friendly and seemed rushed/disorganized. They called my middle name at 11:55 approximately, but I was unsure if it was me since there were other people waiting and they did not say the last name. I told them my first name and asked them if it could be me and the associate got annoyed, shut the door, came back and asked if it was John. I feel attention to detail is important especially, when sticking needles in people and labeling their blood, so I did not feel comfortable staying given the above. I don't take it personally, people have not so great days and bring that negative energy to work, I simply choose to remove myself from those environments. As of my experiences it could go either way at this location and I suppose this applies to life in general anywhere you go lol! Namaste.

Only thing I can think of, is that they aren't properly licensed or don't have any medical staff. So... If all you want is the scan so you can review with whomever you chose, it's fine. Check in was done through a text link on my cell phone. I was the only patient at 6:30 am, perhaps because of inclement weather. The waiting room and laboratory were relatively clean. Sultan, the lab technician, graciously informed me about Quest's new policy of putting a $100 debit/card hold on every patient's account before any lab test is done. I complied, and I will now contact my insurer to verify the legality. He effortlessly drew my blood for a fasting lab test. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and my arm remained bruise free hours later. The Quest app notified me of my results the next morning. I have been to most of the Quests on Long Island because I need frequent blood work. I am giving this location minus one star because of the $100 hold.

I was warmly greeted and was taken to the changing area immediately where the lockers and clothing requirements were explained clearly. The technician came for me moments after that and he was kind and friendly and he explained the procedures and set me up for the optimal imaging keeping my comfort in mind. He was easy to talk to and made sure I was calm and prepared. He also made sure that I had the music I preferred for the duration of the test. I would use this facility again and I would recommend this facility. There are many testing rooms and everything was clean and appeared modern.
