I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth. The lady at check in had just returned and she tagged if she could help me and I told her that I had to check in and she got a little rude. Her reply and tone was, I'm helping two people. She could have stated that she will be with me in a moment, a much better reply! I went back to the front desk as I was summoned from the person that sent me a way and he was kind and pleasant to deal with. After check in I dealt with the techs. Tina was the first, giving a mammogram it was a strange experience for me e as a guy but I made it through. Jesse was the sonogram tech. Very pleasant experience and both were giving me information as to what was about to occur. I had to do an chest X-ray and that also went well. I didn't get the text name but he was very apologetic for the delay in the waiting time. He didn't know that they put out charts in door rack. The facility is emaculate and very much in order. All of the other staff that I dealt with were professional, and compassionate.

The images were definitely an eye opener to what your baby inside looks like. So a lot less guessing and more WoW's of you have Mama's eyes and Dad's nose/lips. If you are far enough along as I was when getting done and baby is active you might get a show of smiles, winks, yawns and hand/foot movements. They offer various picture packages that vary in pricing, so be prepared to pay for what you can afford (out of pocket, not insurance covered). I opted for a package that came with a Teddy Bear that had the sound of my babies heartbeat inside. Super Sweet and nice memory as I waited for baby to arrive. Also fun to share with baby when having Mommy/Daddy and me time, and eventually to give the child when old enough. The technician was professional and quickly positioned us for the experience, keeping all neat, clean. She even pointed out some of the fun, but you will see it so much more clearly than your regular doctor office. The wait was zero on both my visits in the last two months. The only thing I took off a star for was that I had to have a recheck with the radiologist present and while she might be very excellent technically at reading mammograms, I found her dismissive and she did not go into any detail at all of why she said I needed a biopsy. The staff there seems excellent and efficient in my opinion including the front desk staff but I just found the radiologist not my favorite. I requested my films for a second opinion and they were ready for pick up within hours and they were kind enough to call and let me know they were ready!

They are not organized, they do a poor job about following-up appropriately with items discussed/agreed upon. On more than one occasion, I was told information by a receptionist/staffer that ended up not being true or completed on their end, which cost me time/money (taking off from work) and stress. 1) I made an appointment for one thing, was confirmed that would be my service and upon arrival and paying my co-pay was told the tech that was needed for that service was not in-office, and I would have to schedule another appointment (I had scheduled and waited 2 months for my initial appointment). 2) I had a follow-up telehealth appointment that was confirmed on the phone and via text, but never received the link for the appointment. When I called the office it was closed and there was no option to leave a message. 3) I was not sent the link to my patient portal to see my results, after having requesting it 3 times. I had to call and speak to different people repeatedly 4) I was told they would be a "call note" in my chart for the doctor to call me since they missed my confirmed appointment. They never called (it's been over 2 weeks) Furthermore, even the scheduling with imaging (which they are affiliated with) as horrendous and hard to navigate, which was very discouraging to someone trying to navigate the healthcare system. For these reasons, I do not intend to continue care with them.
