When a person is in pain just need support and I was in lot pain and that manager make my pain worst. I ended up going to Northwell in Bayshore and did my MRI same day. Initially I had to call and move around my appointments and they were very helpful over the phone. I came in last week for my first set of MRIs and was a little annoyed after arriving the 15 minutes early and still having to wait 45 minutes to start my MRIs. That's why they lost a star because one thing I hate is waiting. Especially if I come in early. Today I did X-rays and MRIs and this experience was great from start to finish. They brought me in on time and everything was done quickly and I was out in a little over an hour which is normal for all I did. The technicians are nice and helpful. They told me they will send my results over to my doctor. If I want a copy then I can come in and pick them up. All in all, I would recommend them.

I by- pass the check in booth because no one was present so I went to the counter and was to go back to the booth.
