I set it up with another place, but there machine broke and they pushed me off further than I wanted. So I called Radiology Associates of Ridgewood because my wife has used them. Setting up the visit: The person on the phone was very business-like. Not warm, but who cares. She got me scheduled for the next day and then the office had another person get me on a call with my insurance company to change the prior authorization to this facility. Visit: Scheduled for 8:30am and told to be there at 7:45am. A pre-checked in the day before so when I got there they sat me in a waiting area and I was brought back before 8am. I got changed and prepped and was in the machine a little after 8am. Facility was clean and I haven't had an mri anywhere else, but it seemed to be up to date. Report: I received the report through their portal by 4pm same day. Second visit: So, after showing up this morning, I realized a prior mri I had was at this facility also. I had thought it was somewhere else. I didn't have any issues with that visit either.

Some of the front desk staff have an edge and are downright rude for no reason whatsoever. over the years it's been hit or miss with even getting copies of my x-rays, mammograms, etc. and I'm downright tired of the ineptness . I've been going there for years and when one of the doctors left things seem to just go downhill, not sure what the issues are, but I'm done they're out I've moved on. Told to be there at 8am (last 2 times I got there at 6:30am) and I waited in waiting room until 845 before being taken into prep room. Another 45 minutes to start IV and do paperwork. Then I laid waiting in the bed until 945 . They took me in for the epidural injections which took about 25 minutes, 15 minutes in recovery dressed and out door. So 3 hours for something that takes about 1 hour total time. But the place is very clean with a friendly staff.

Upon arriving a week later, I was told they don't do ultrasound appointments on this day of the week. And now, for the x-ray, after waiting over 40 min, I checked in with the front desk person and was told the tech hasn't arrived yet. It's 9:35 AM. Still waiting, writing this review to warn others that this place organizationally does not have it together.
