This was right before thanksgiving and it's never great to get a phone call saying your mammogram is inconclusive.

On two separate visits for an MRI, I was not properly informed in advance about what documentation or items I needed to bring. Each time, this resulted in having to reschedule--something that could have easily been avoided with clearer communication upfront. What was most concerning was that even after finally providing everything requested, I was brought into the MRI area and prepared for the scan, only to be told at that point that I still needed to leave and retrieve additional information. This led to a total visit time of over four hours without completing the procedure. To their credit, some staff members acknowledged the disorganization, but that does not make up for the inconvenience and wasted time. For a medical facility, especially one handling scheduled imaging, this level of inefficiency and lack of preparation is disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not return and would recommend that others confirm all requirements in detail before scheduling or arriving.

On election day, Tuesday, November 5, I showed up for my scheduled appointment. I was greeted at the desk, paid my fee, and escorted into the treatment room where a staff member took my blood pressure, pulse and temperature. I was then told to wait for the physicians. About 25 minutes later one of the physicians came in and told me that the supervising physician was not in, as he was out working on an election campaign and I would not be treated. She told me that they are sorry. I think that MFM should hold itself to the same standards it holds patients to, which would be to give a rebate to patients when I physician is a no call no show. This is unprofessional.

I was told I could not come in, had a virtual appointment, and was sent for a covid test. I went and one week later got a negative result but by then my symptoms were gone - I had basically just been told to stay in bed with a 105 degree fever until it passed. The other day I called with the IDENTICAL SET Of symptoms and explained how this just happened two months ago and the whole saga. I was once again told I could not make an in person appointment. I went to MedExpress and within 5 minutes of listing the IDENTICAL SET of symptoms was sent inside for a urine sample and given a prescription for an antibiotic for a kidney infection. A kidney infection wasn't even MENTIONED as a possible diagnosis on my virtual appointment. I know Covid is out there and a major concern -- however, not everything is Covid related. Patients should be given a fair chance at a real diagnosis and not be left to fend for themselves. I am disappointed as I expected better from an Atlantic Health System office. I will be finding another PCP.

Let me be real with you - After reading the most recent Yelp reviews of the Florham Park location,…read moreI walked in this morning a bit nervous about my CAC scan at Summit Medical Group. I'd been scheduled for this scan by my primary care physician during my annual checkup exam, so I didn't see what Yelp had to say about Florham Park beforehand. Boy was I surprised when I looked online and saw all the 1-Stars and testimonials (!!!) Because of the timing, there was no backing out or way for me to schedule somewhere else. So I went in this morning with some trepidation. Fortunately I had a good patient experience overall. For imaging, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location again (140 Park Ave Building). Pros: ** Easy to drive there off of Columbia Turnpike. It's close to FDU -Florham. ** Nice campus. It's huge with more than ample parking and even covered parking structures for bad weather ** Imaging department is located as soon as you enter the main entrance doors of 140. It will be to your left. ** The waiting room is nice and they had HGTV playing on the TV ** The woman at Registration was polite, friendly, and informative ** The technician who performed my scan was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining to me what would happen (which I really appreciate) ** The facilities once you enter past the registration area, equipment, and rooms looked good to me. There's a hallway with blue flowers painted on the walls, and on the ceiling above the machine there are images of the sky and flowers (so you can focus on those and relax while you are being x-rayed). Cons: ** So far, none... It's too early for the results and billing didn't happen yet. Hopefully the results will be uploaded to the portal in a timely fashion (in contrast to a fellow Yelper's review from last month). I don't know if that's a Summit Health computer system thing or human error though. We'll see what happens. Again, I would definitely come back to the Florham Park location (140 Park Ave) in the future for imaging services.

BUT I would never go back as I STILL haven't received ALL of The results and it's been 10 days. The girl/ woman who answered the phone in imaging apparently shouldn't be as she was quite curt. Sad that people who have jobs can't handle them. Thank goodness I go for most of my care at RWJ Barnabas as they know what they're doing . Sad sad sad world we live in today. If you don't advocate for yourself , you're basically well you know.......

That poor thing is swamped. And then I think there's only one person who is in charge of referrals. What a joke that is! I have been placed on hold numerous times for 30 minutes and had to hang up. Then I call back only to hear someone pick up and hang up. Other times the phone is off the hook. They need new management. Patients are hurting and in need of help and there are some doctors and staff members who really don't care. I have so many examples of this I can write a book but it's not worth my breath. I'm so done with Zufall. It's such a disappointment. I have suffered far too long to have to rely and turn to this incompetent staff. Go somewhere else. Go where people will actually treat you with dignity and will truly help you rather than treat you like you're a burden. Trust me please. You deserve better.

I had a very concerning experience with Harding Radiology's billing practices…read more At my first appointment (12/15/2025), I was required to pay a $300 deposit and was told it was necessary due to my insurance. After the claim processed, my Explanation of Benefits showed my patient responsibility for that visit was $0. I contacted Harding Radiology multiple times about the discrepancy and was repeatedly told their system had not finished processing the EOB and that I needed to wait. At my next appointment (1/12/2026), I was again required to pay a $300 deposit. During that visit, I was also asked to sign paperwork authorizing the practice to keep a credit card on file for automatic charges. Because the earlier deposit issue was still unresolved, I intentionally declined to provide that authorization. Despite declining that authorization, on 2/23/2026 my credit card was charged $227.46 without any bill, invoice, statement, or prior notice of an outstanding balance. When I raised the issue, I was told there was an "electronic authorization," but I have since had to repeatedly request documentation supporting that claim and have not yet received it. Because of these concerns, I have asked my insurance company to investigate the situation and Harding Radiology's billing practices. Based on my experience, I would recommend that patients go anywhere else. UPDATE 3/12/26: After I requested documentation supporting the charge, their billing department later acknowledged via voicemail that they could not locate any signed credit card authorization form and indicated they would process a refund. I was also asked to modify my Google review. In my case, my credit card was charged without any bill, invoice, or opportunity to review the balance and pay it voluntarily first. Management appeared to be receiving my emails but left it to the billing department to address the issue, even though it is their policies that created the situation. The experience suggests serious problems with oversight and billing practices. Patients should monitor their statements carefully.
