My appointment was to cover several things, a couple issues on my leg and hand plus a skin cancer evaluation. Instead he spent the entire extended office visit, which was billed to Medicare as a double visit trying to sell me drugs he said I should be taking, including Wegovy,or a similar drug. When i questioned him about the safety of the drugs he got irritated and said why must I be so negative. I tried explaining that I've had severe reactions to a number of drugs but he didn't want to hear it and handed me a stack of papers nearly 3/4 inch thick about the drugs he says i should be taking. I personally believe he never reviewed the list of drugs i was currently taking. So my entire double appointment was a commercial. Do what you want but I'd NEVER recommend Randolph Dermatology to anyone. I'd rate them in the negative numbers but this site doesn't allow that. read more

Dr. Najarian is a one of a kind. Brilliant, able to explain his knowledge to me so it makes sense. Have been to so many derms in the past 15-20 years for an auto immune condition - lichens that was out of control. Had a consult with him - he gave me explanations for treatment with articles to read. My skin is now almost clear. If you want a dr that thinks outside the box - he's the one! A gem! read more

I have been a patient with Randolph Dermatology for about 4-5 years. Dr. Najarian is an excellent physician. He takes his time getting to know my history and will go above and beyond to help me with psoriatic arthritis along with lots of little skin cancers. I had a Mohs procedure on my face and Dr Nijarian did a fantastic job And it's not noticeable, thank goodness it healed up perfectly . The office staff has always been easy to work with. And getting an appointment has been pretty easy as well. read more

Run don't walk away!! After two surgeries and having a skin cancer frozen twice (on my face) it is still there and my nose is deformed now. Was told to get extensive blood work,which I did and Dr. N. spent the whole appointment telling me he could set me up for a sleep study and never looked at my nose. He also asked if I had pain during sex. Why?This is only part of the nightmare. He berated me the whole visit with nonsense. Please do not go there. Because of him I now need extensive surgery with reconstruction. To add insult to injury when my records were requested by both myself and the new doctors office (ten days before they were needed) they never sent them. Please do not do this to yourself. read more

The doctor was running behind which I was ok with. Then the doctor shows up in the examination room. He comes in with an attitude and very dismissive of whatever I had to say. He refused to look at a plantar wart that he treated 3 months ago. The area is sometimes painful and there still something there. He says to me "I don't know it's a corn or something". I mentioned to him 3 months ago you diagnosed it as a plantar wart. He had nothing to say. When I left the office my blood pressure was 20 times higher than when I arrived. Only gave a star cause I had to. This place is so unprofessional and Ido not recommend at all...I came back this morning cause the doctor told me to bring him a form so that he can sign after yesterday's visit. I give to the receptionist and ask when will the doctor have it ready as I kinda need it soon because of my condition.. he gets angry stands up and almost touches my face with his hand. I think think he is going to hit me. The doctor is right behind and I kinda yell doctor, this guy almost put his hand on my face. They take the receptionist to the back and tell him wait till I leave. I ask to speak to the office manager and request my records. Never in my life had I encountered anything like this. read more

Staff is so rude. Billing department is messed up. Didn't even know I was behind on payments especially because it happened during covid where I lost my job. Paid it in full when I found out. Booked an appointment early this morning no problem and they called back later when I already took off my afternoon shift and they said they have to cancel and I can never visit their office ever again because I was behind payments during covid. read more

The girl at the front desk was pleasant enough, the Dr. Is ok, however he has a strange staring problem, extremely uncomfortable.. even when he's on the computer, his head is turned staring at you! Then the guy at the desk, who is sitting there with a ski hat on his head(unprofessional) cannot really answer any questions, without saying "I don't have a medical degree " . I wait one full hour in the exam room for a 7 minute "consultation" telling me I needed to call my insurance company to find out the pricing/coverage. I wouldn't go back to this office if someone paid me. read more

I have had a lot of experience in the last five years with physicians, office staff, facilities or every medican sort, labs, phamacies, MRI imaging, nerve conduction studies, cardio ultrasound, EKG, EEG to name a few. You see, I'm 75 and my old body is running out. Dr. Najarian's Randolph Dermatological Practice is outstanding. From the first phone contact, to the Mohs Micrographic Surgery I required, all the staff, were friendly, professional, and very informative, I like to know what's coming. Carlos the Physician's Assistant and Dr. Najarian himself were also the best surgical professionals I have had in a long time. Kudos to all, and thank you for being there. I rarely write reviews so for me to take the time to write one it's either to share a truly great experience or to give a review of my experience in hopes that it would save some time and energy for someone else. Let me say everyone is entitled to a bad day and maybe this was their's unfortunately my experience wasn't a good one. I felt rushed and unsatisfied with my level of service. I was in the room for a total of 15 minutes and everything I asked for which by the Physicians Assistant own admissions would take 10 minutes I was told "I don't have the time". I saw Dr Najarian at Randolph Derm for the first time today. I waited for about 15 minutes, which I consider pretty good. The medical assistant was personable and spent a good amount of time with me, going over all of my concerns. Dr. Najarian was also very nice and spent even more time with me. He was able to quickly diagnose my symptoms and discussed the condition and how to treat it. I will definitely go back to him again and will recommend Randolph Dermatology to my family and friends! read more

Today was my first visit as a new patient. My OB actually mentioned he goes to this practice and recommended them. The office staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. I arrived very early and watched them help an elderly woman complete her paperwork and ensure she had a ride home, to a college student who was learning how to use her insurance. I was seen early and my appointment was with the NP. She had great bedside manners, answered my questions, I did not feel rushed and she helped me with a concern in addition to conducting my annual check-up (I was worried I'd have to come back separately as some doctors will make you do). I was happy with my last dermatologist and was planning to maybe to go to another who helped my daughter in an "emergency," but I came here for convenience and on that recommendation - I am happy to have found them and will continue to come here. read more

Don't fool around with your health! Experts here that are very capable. Unfortunately I know after being diagnosed with early melanoma(insitu). They consistently have an excellent bedside manner in the way they handle their patients. My surgery was performed in the office. Only a skilled doctor could of had this turn out so well. Yes, at times there is a little wait. It's worth it. They take their time with you. V. happy here. read more
