Should have read the reviews before booking an appt here. Other than the nice woman who booked me and one of the front desk ladies, not sure anyone else there wants to be there. Girl checking people in - clearly inconvenienced; asst who brought me to the room, also inconvenienced; NP - rushed me out of the room. I'll get charged for an office visit and zero was done. Partially by my decision but also bc the NP couldn't be bothered to look at anything else. read more

Mt. Arlington. They don't answer the phone. They don't return a call when you leave a message. You get lost in their phone recording message. If you can get a hold of someone they are cold and seem annoyed. No followup after surgery or removing stitches. They have been taken over by Epiphany recently and they need improvement for that office. Also, you do not get an appointment to see an actual certified dermatologist. read more

Appointment set over the phone to 9.30 AM. Their desk person input 8.30 to the system. Arrived at 9.06 AM and denied to see , since dermatology superstar, Michelle, was too busy this day. So, instead of fixing obvious administration issue, she wanted to get me a lesson not to be late . Her time apparently is more important than mine. Suffering from the cancer ? DO NOT expect a bit compassion or empathy. Expect arrogant approach. They DO NOT send you email or text message about the appointment, so if someone in their office make a mistake, you are done. You will be blaming for their unprofessional work. read more

I've cut off all contact with this office and their doctors. 1. Had a MOHS procedure and the next day the nurses could not remove one of the stitches. They sent me back to Morristown where I waited two hours to see the surgeon. She could not locate the stitch. A couple of weeks later I went in for a follow up examination and the PA not only located this stitch but was able to remove it. 2. Saw the PA six months ago and had a scheduled appointment for today, January 12, 2026. Walked in and the receptionist said there was no appointment for me. Frankly, she treated me like I was a criminal. I went home and discovered the appointment card and it was for today!! I called her back, cancelled the appointment she had given me. I would never go back to this place. In the hunt for a practice with competent doctors and a professional office staff. read more

I was a patient of Dr. Fialkoff's for 12+ years and saw her for annual checkups due to a lot of spots from sun exposure. She was always very thorough and, thankfully, nothing out of the ordinary was found. Since she retired a few months ago, I decided to make an appointment at the same practice with Dr. Lauren Cooper for both I and my husband. The assistant who brought me into the exam room was wonderful, very upbeat, caring with great bedside manner. I was excited about the visit until Dr. Cooper came into the room with a totally disinterested look on her face. She did the quickest, most incomplete body scan I ever had looking at maybe half of my body. Not anything like Dr. Fialkoff's scans. My husband's experience with her was even worse. He was there to have some moles removed and he had some concerns which she totally disregarded and wouldn't or couldn't even answer questions he had and just wanted to get to the removal. She was beyond rude and haughty. My husband saw how filthy the room was with floor tiles coming up, dripping water faucet, room was moist and extremely cold. At that point, he wanted out and we then left the office. I trusted this practice from knowing and seeing Dr. Failkoff for so long. I wish I'd seen the reviews that I saw today, it would have saved us from this total waste of time. We will seek out another, hopefully, highly qualified dermatologist with a clean office and great reviews. I would give no stars if I could. read more

Front desk assistant had an angry scowl on her face and acted like she preferred not to be there. The assistant that took me in was warm and friendly but the NP Lillian just say NO. She could not be bothered listening to a word I was saying about my skin blisters and severe allergic reactions and just chalked it up to dry skin. She was harried and prescribed me a bunch of creams and sent me on my way within less than 15min of seeing me. I left very dissatisfied with the visit read more

I went to Dr. Dane. I did Juvederm fillers for my under eye bags and my nose. Dr Dane was fantastic. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me. When i was done i seriously had tears in my eyes at how great i looked. I can't believe i waited so long to do this and happy to have had Dr. Dane to do my work. Will be back every year! One year later: juviderm didn't last as long as i wish it did. I felt like i looked good for about 5 months. After that the filler went away. Not sure it is worth the money. read more

I just had annual full skin check. My NP was Tina. super nice, thorough and positive . the Scan was quick but I'm guessing they see hundreds of bodies & know what are problems & what is ordinary. Tina quelled my fears about certain 'sensitive areas' that I was worried about. One on one care with no unnecessary staff in room. Been seeing Dr Cooper for years. Very happy with her. She saw my 92 year old mother few years ago. Had a mole removed from her cheek by Dr Cooper. Dr was very good with her and her cheek healed beautifully, my wife had a lump removed from the top of her head in the office. Again Dr Cooper did a great job and had no issues with the removal. We always see Dr. Cooper for a yearly full body check for skin cancer. She is very thorough and very nice. Highly recommend this office. I did see Michelle during a visit and very satisfied with her also. Also very happy with Brianna during my last visit. Have nothing negative to say about this office. read more

I lost an hour of work to get to the only available appointment the Mt Arlington office had, which I had to wait 3 weeks for, and unfortunately there was an accident on Rt 80 which caused me to arrive 5 minutes late. The provider I was scheduled to see refused to see me because I was late. There were no other patients scheduled after me so there was no reason I should have been turned away. The NP was terrible. She had a terrible bedside manner. So bad, I am driven to start up a Yelp account to relay it. She had no concern for my daughter being nervous. We left without getting treatment because my daughter was so upset. We left the office with my daughter crying and myself feeling bullied. I felt like we were an inconvenience to her busy schedule and I regret not telling her that attitude was awful. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. Do not go to this place. At least, do NOT allow yourself to be seen by the NP! Where ever did they find her? She belongs in a lab, not working with people. read more

I'm an NP and worked as an RN/NP for over 20 years, I often refer my patients here but now I'm reluctant to. On 8/31/23 I went in for a skin cancer screening with Tina Occhiuto, NP, she seemed nice however she was very fast, I feel she didn't even listen to me and rushed me out of there. I was concerned over a new growth on my cheek & wanted her to look at it, she looked at it from sitting on her computer, said that's just a mole. I explained it's new and getting bigger , she came over, wiped it with an alcohol wipe, said "oh that looks like a basal cell carcinoma, I'm going to biopsy it". Then she said I thought you said you always had that, again I reminded her the whole visit was because this was a new growth and is changing!!. Then she does my exam and I am nervous/upset, she gave me quick look over, didn't even look at my scalp/ears/chest/abdomen, says you're fine, you have normal moles. She didn't probe or look under the magnifying glass at them. She even told the assistant to take a picture of my mole on my chin, I had to again remind her it's on my cheek! Scary! She's going to miss a cancer diagnosis on someone! read more

My family and I started going to this practice just for annual screenings and the office is conveniently located off Rt 80. The practice seems very busy and we had to book over a month in advance. The receptionist is very rude, and Liliana has an unpleasant way about her (walked in and ripped my mother's mask off her face, without even introducing herself), but Michelle was great. She's quick and thorough. read more

I've had great experiences w both Dr Dane and the Nurse Practitioner Michelle. They were thorough, kind and absolutely knew what there were doing. Michelle helped my out w a rash and did a full body scan very professionally. A body check can be embarrassing, but she took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and again she did a thorough job. Dr. Day did a little touch up with the Botox and despite their great prices he told me I could come back into weeks if I wasn't happy and he do a touch up for free. I'm not sure what he's bad reviews are coming from, perhaps people weren't very nice to begin with. I find when you treat people with respect you get respect. Update: Changed to 3 Stars Although the experience with the NP was terrible, the Administrative staff was wonderfully responsive. I am very thankful to their quick response - and their effort to rectify the situation was above what I even expected. Original Post: (originally 1 star) Do not see the NP Lillian. Other review discussing her is somewhat hidden hopefully this one will not be. Similar to what the other review described, my daughter waited an hour for an appointment. She was there for a severe sunburn on her chest that never quite healed. The NP came in the room apologizing for how late she was, how far behind she was, and how many other patients she had waiting. Had her back to my daughter for most of the appointment. Looked at her chest for 30 seconds and gave her a prescription for something that could be bought over the counter. Made my daughter feel guilty about getting the body scan she was supposed to get because she was so far behind schedule. Then she tells my daughter to take off her shirt so she can take a picture. My daughter takes off her shirt - and the woman OPENS THE DOOR! She wasn't taking the picture - someone else was. Very unprofessional - very rushed - no real medical care. read more

I met with Michelle Dale. She was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike my last doctor she didnt BS me and try to sell me on over the counter products. She walked me through step by step on what i needed to do over the next 4 weeks to get my acne flare ups under control. Warm and inviting environment. I would recommend her to anyone. read more

Awful bedside manner! Stay away from the nurse practitioner! I was a first time patient and went in because of a rash on my skin. I was greet by an unfriendly receptionist who told me that the wait would not be long. I waited for a half hour. The only decent person in the place with was the nurse who checked me in. When the nurse practitioner came in she seemed to be in a rush. She glanced over me told I had a virus that would take at least three months to heal and that it "sucks for me" that I would have this all summer. She didn't even explain to me what it was or what caused it. I asked her if tanning would help and she said"nope three months nothing I can do" handed me a bar of dove soap and walked out. She also mentioned that it was her lunch time maybe that's why I was treated so poorly. I went to get a second opinion and the diagnosis was right how ever UV light does help to clear it and cortisone cream and aloe also help. Stay away from this place especially that nurse practitioner!!! read more
