Basically, I went in and told him the lasers I wanted and he was respectful in slowing me down, telling me about the risks, and ended up recommending a procedure that my insurance covered. Dr. Sciales gave me injections and a cream. The scars I had for over 10 years are now 80-90% better. After leaving his office I felt frustrated with the other derms I visited who recommended lasers that would cost over 1K when a simple fix was covered by my insurance.
