That alone is a huge RED FLAG. Forget about calling them, you will never speak to a person but a computer. Also they have just few MD's and plenty of PA's. The reason for it is all about their bottom line. They should call themselves medical office!

Two weeks ago, I had my lips dissolved with my preferred specialist, Monica, and booked a refill appointment for October 4 at 12pm with Kelly (since Monica was out of office). I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience.

Dr Mamoun was the plastic surgeon on call for St. Clare's in Denville when my toddler was in the ER…read moreneeding stitches on his face. The first thing he said to us was that he was not in network at the hospital and that we would need to call our insurance company to tell them the procedure was an emergency so they would cover it. That was a warning sign, but we had no choice. We did as he asked and contacted our insurance provider the next business day. The bill came (over $8K for 9 stitches), our EOB came, and we paid the amount our insurance said to pay. Should have been the end of it. Nope. Dr Mamoun's office continues to bill us every month for the balance with lots of snarky custom stickers threatening collections on the photocopied handwritten bills, despite our insurance company sending them multiple letters to stop billing us and telling us we should not pay anymore. (Going on 9 months since the procedure) This doctor takes advantage of being an out of network doctor and employs scare tactics to get people to pay him. Don't go to him. Don't go to St. Clare's with your kid needing stitches if he is the plastic surgeon on call. Avoid at all cost.

This is the best care and treatment you can get, not just in New York, but worldwide. I came from Europe to specially see dr. Greuner and glad I did. No wonder he is ranked as top 5 doctors in the world. He is so carrying, knowledgeable and genuinely an amazing person. The staff and dr. Tonis were so friendly and welcoming, they took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all the questions that I had. They followed up after the procedure to make sure everything was good with me before my traveling back to Europe. The appointment had me and my mom's mind blown from the friendly and kind staff to the doctor diagnosis of a ventral hernia. The appointment was very through. I was scheduled that day for several vein treatments and the hernia repair which included abdominoplasty, panniculectomy and liposuction. Today is April 17 and I have had all the surgeries for the veins and hernia. I am able to communicate directly with the surgeon via email or text. My experience has been amazing. I still have a ways to go as far as my treatment for lipedema but I feel so confident and reassured that Dr. Greuner and Dr. Neistein and the whole team will continue to do their excellent and cutting edge procedures. My recovery has been smooth and I feel so much relieve in knowing that I am finally getting the treatment that is life changing. Words can't express how happy I am. I was literally in tears of joy by the end of my first appointment.
