I had my eyelids done by Dr K. Segal, which made me so happy. I am able to see better and not feel tired constantly, most of all, the confidence that has given to me. Many people can tell the difference in me but most of all, not be asked if I was asleep even though I am awake. I went back for my second post opt check up and inquired about lessening my forehead wrinkle from all the years that formed due to my eye straining to keep my eyes open. Dr Segal, suggested Botox which I agree with and happy to be able to try. I said I will come back for it when I can get one of my kids to drive me and the day I was scheduled to come back, I had to reschedule due to work schedule. I came in for my Botox for the day I was rescheduled, only to learn that I was missed scheduled by the staff and that Dr Segal, was not in the office that day she was in surgery. I live 45 mins from the office and I was a bit saddened as I had to attend a wedding in two weeks and I was asked to reschedule but I could not come in for the days I was being given due to work. I was then asked if it was alright to get it from another physician that day, I said if that doctor was ok with it, I don't mind. Dr Niegel was in attendance that day and I was happy that she was able to squeeze me in on her already busy day. I was very grateful to her. Both the Dr. Neigel and Dr Segal, are the most compassionate people I have ever met. They take their time to listen and have the most gentle touch. I feel so confident, actually beautiful and my confidence has been awesome because of them. Their staff are top notch, so grateful to have found the office and I have recommended them to my family, friends and co-workers. If it was not for the staff, I would have dumped her long ago! I was doing medical botox and this gem wanted to charge my insurance for the botox and for giving me the injection. I was sitting in the office with ice on my forehead and was denied services (unless I paid up myself); I hopped out of the chair and after a phone call to my insurance company, I had a full understanding of what was going on. The insurance company said it was like going for a manicure and still being charged to put the polish on. Terrible bedside manners. read more

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I received an email for a promotional deal for microblading. I made an appt. and met with Andrea whom I thought was very warm and sweet. I didn't see a whole lot of before and after pics of work she had done so was a wee bit nervous but she mentioned she had an artistic background which is important as well. I had a couple of questions and she was to get back to me with and answers. Two weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything so I reached out to her to see if she thought, for some reason I was not a candidate and/or did not want to microblade my brows for some reason. Wasn't sure why I hadn't heard anything from her. She responded that she was seeking a line of pigments that would work well with the brow color we were looking to achieve and should have some more info by the end of the week. I thought that sounded a bit odd. We really didn't get into brow color. Thought we would do that at the actual microblading appt. Well, that response from her was on 7/25 and it is now 8/17 and not a word from her. I reached out to her again on 8/14 and still no word from her. Very bizarre. Like I said if I could give her ZERO stars, I would. Do not got here for microblading. Do your research. This is not the place. read more

Dr. Neigel left me with drooping brows, asymmetrical eyes and eye pain. When I had a severe allergic reaction to the eye drops prescribed after surgery. The staff had me come in to the office and Dr. Neigel never showed up. She had her staff send her a cell phone picture of me (very humiliating) and told me to continue using the drops. I have been suffering with eye problems ever since. read more

Went for a minor procedure with getting styes removed, turned into a horrific experience. I understand things happen but she didn't do the right thing to rectify the situation, instead she offered me a facial. Not to mention wouldn't let me see the dr until i paid my bill for my followup appt. I had black eyes for over 2 months, every time they took a photo they tried to bill me $95 for the photo them when i asked for a copy of the photos it took them 2 weeks to get them to me. Staff is great! Friendly and accommodating. I was referred to Dr. Neigel for upper eyelid surgery and decided to have my lower lids done at the same time. So happy that I did! I went back to do Botox for my forehead lines and seen Sarah. Dr. Neigel's PA She suggested I also try a filler called Voluma to give me a little lift in my cheeks.
