I've had Diamond Glow and Hydra Facials and I don't know which one I like better but she decided...... she's the professional. I had an impressive first appointment with Dr. Lange. He was highly recommended to me by a friend so I had some lofty expectations going in, and they were surpassed. Dr. Lange was knowledgable, patient, safety-minded, encouraging, and supportive. He spent over an hour explaining various options to me, did an examination, reviewed some photographs, and was honest about what he could and could not provide. There was no hard sell, but rather an array of choices from which to choose. I have been to other MDs who were pushy and that seemed unprofessional. They would talk about my poorly aging skin in a critical way. I suppose it was intended to motivate me take care of that under their scalpels, but it made me uncomfortable. No one knows my skin better than I do, and I do not need to feel worse. I have been looking for solutions, not confirmation of the problems. In contrast, Dr. Lange did not comment in the same way. Instead, he told me what he could offer. I appreciated Annrika who explained the financial part of the practice - again, no hard sell, just the facts. The office staff was friendly and efficient, and the office space is clean and beautifully designed. I recommend Dr. Lange and the practice without hesitation - and my friend's eye lift was magnificent! Treat yourself! read more

Do you want someone to take 200 dollars from you for no reason? Then come here!!!!! I called the Peer Group to make an appointment and when they asked for a credit card to hold my appointment to charge a 75 dollar cancelation fee, I told them I would call back as I was driving. They said no problem. I never called back with the info. When the peer group called to confirm I did not give them my credit card info. I went to my appointment and received an estimate for some tweaks. When I left the appointment I decided to think about it. As I left, the office said that my appointment cost 200 dollars. Stunned and shocked I handed over my card and proceeded to go to my card to see where it said that a consultation costs 200. After reviewing their site and realizing it doesn't say anything about the fee of 200 for a consult, I reentered the building to speak with the office staff. I asked how I were to know about the 200 dollars? They said we tell everyone when we take their credit card information.... Ah ha! They never took my cc info, so no one told me about this. I said they only told me about the 75 dollars for cancelation. The lady in the office with an accent knew she messed up because there was no credit card on file. Therefore, she kmew she didnt tell me aboit the 200 dollar fee. She was so dismissive and acted like it was my fault. I asked for them to refund my money. I explained they should post a sign like they had on the wall about the 75 dollar cancelation fee. She said it is actually 100 dollars l, not 75. The sign said 75. I was thinking to myself that this office is a mess. You can't even update your policy on the wall next to your little sliding glass window? You obviously aren't closing the loop on appointments by getting credit card information. After about 20 minutes of me stating my very reasonable case, she said you can apply it to future treatments. I was like you think I am going to come back here???? I came here to feel and look even more beautiful.... do you think that is how I feel? I have been tricked, you cannot believe I would want to come back here. I am disappointed in the way I was treated. This is a plastic surgeon mill. They pretend to care and want to help but will take your hard earned 200 dollars for 15 minutes of their time. The office staff here is a mess, they are rude, and clearly disorganized. So this business took my money for a 15 min consultation. Save yourself the grief and potentially being misinformed or not informed so they can take money from thwm which they clearly do not need charging an arm leg, and head for simple procedures. Update: 4/19/17 They have continued the 0% financing on Care Credit as long as the patient has $1000.00 or over for 12 months and I'm thrilled. In addition, I was given a little extra off my next visit, and that is more than fair in my eyes, so I've changed my rating as they have changed their policy back. Thank you Peer Group. I'll see you soon! While I Loved going to the Peer group because they used Care Credit and the care of Dr. Colin Failey was wonderful throughout the years, I was not informed prior to my appointment today that they no longer offer 0 percent financing for care credit purchases and I had a little fit about that, and it was honored for this time only, but HELLO! Tell people when they call whether they use it or not, that you don't offer the zero percent or you will have a lot of cranky customers. In addition, last year I had cool sculpting done and they told me one session is all you need, and after the end results, I was quite uneven on one side and had to go back, well that's not what I was told and they screwed up so you should not make me pay again, but I did and now that I will not be going back there, I'm going to let others know that I'm not happy! If they told me that on the phone I would have gone elsewhere, and now I'm back with my prior Dr. Janjua in Bedminster who offers zero percent for care credit. All ended well because he is a trusted and very reputable doctor as well. PEER Group needs to keep their patients informed whether it's on the phone or send a letter! Really not that difficult. The one star review referring to Dr. Lange is completely absurd. He has the best bed side manner of any surgeon I have been treated by. He is very kind and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of during all six of my fraxel laser surgeries. I had scarring on my face from a trauma I suffered. He was extremely sensitive to my situation and genuinely cared about my well being. My results have been amazing. I am able to feel more confident when I look in the mirror and none of it would have been possible without him. read more

It's been 6 years since my breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Hawrylo. I Remember having such a great experience with surgery and recovery. I can't recommend enough to stay away from the Peer group. I should correct that, the Peer group seems fine, it is Dr. Lange you need to stay away from. After having one of the worst personalities I have ever experienced in a doctor, he then screwed up the order for my wife's implants and after having sedated her scrubbed the surgery when his distributor could not get him the right size fast enough. When he told me it was our fault that he ordered the wrong size, I called him on his screw up and he said he did not want to do the surgery at all. So after waiting for my wife to come around, I took her home, and swore I would tell the world what an awful experience we had. read more

Dr. Colin Failey is excellent from the Peer Group. I had an accident and shattered my knee cap. Ended up having to have a pedicle flap to cover knee due to a large open wound. Fantastic job, compassionate doctor, very nice doctor who truly cares and takes an interest in his patients. Highly recommended him. read more

In 2001, I had my first abdominal surgery for ovarian cysts performed by an OB/GYN. In 2002 and 2003, I again needed the same surgeries for cystic ovaries. I was encouraged to have children due to ovarian issues. In 2005 , I gave birth and had to have an emergency c-section. 5 months later , I had an appendectomy go wrong and the doctor not only hit the artery but didn't complete the procedure . (Unbeknownst to me). After months of illness, I found another surgeon in the Morristown area, he removed the piece of appendix left in me and after months of illness, necrotizing fasciitis, 2 debridements gallbladder surgery and hernia , I was on my way to healing . I had another child under careful eye and the last c-section was 2009. 13 abdominal procedures in all inclusive of drainages. Through the hell, the mistrust of medical doctors and the shame of weight gain and body scarring from all the surgery, in 2013 I started karate and took control . Through diet and exercise, I went from 240 lbs to 185, however had all this unsightly skin and scarring . My GYN recommend Dr. Colon . Knowing my history, he knew I would only go to the best. My consultation with Dr. Colon was comforting, relaxed and no pressure. He is not arrogant as you would expect with the "typical" plastic surgeon. The staff is friendly , no pressure and gave me options to take home and consider. I even asked about piggybacking a breast augmentation along with my abdominoplasty and he didn't want to do it for my health and previous surgical past. This showed me it wasn't about the money with him, it was for my benefit and for what my major concern was and that was fixing my abdominal area. The procedure was professional, the results amazing and the recovery exactly as explained so far 2 weeks post op. I have received 5 calls , 2 from the doctor himself and 3 from his staff following up on my recovery which means so much to me. I cannot say enough about Dr. Colon and his practice, his professionalism and mostly his amazing work on fixing my stomach . I actually have a belly button instead on a 7 inch scar and my kids say " mom , you don't have all that giggly skin anymore, we are so happy for you!" After 15 plus years going to Laura Toscano at The Peer Group for Plastic Surgery, it is time that I share the reason for the compliments I get on my skin. Laura started me with a regimen of products which I faithfully follow morning and night including her emphasis on sun block. It has not been inexpensive but now that I see others my age I am glad that Laura has encouraged me to have the discipline to follow her guidance and come for my every 7-8 week treatments. Laura is a calm and competent esthetician whose emphasis is caution and accuracy. She always checks to make sure I am using my products correctly. She double and triple checks everything she gives me and Has never made a mistake in the countless purchases I have made. She asks me questions to ascertain what is going on with my skin care. I don't have bad reactions to her treatments because of how careful she is in choosing what to use on me. The time I have with Laura is always relaxing because of her demeanor and her skill. It has been seven months since my double mastectomy and Diep Flap procedure with Doctors. Colon and Failey from the Peer Group as my plastic surgeons. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at this practice and with these two dedicated doctors. I received not only expert medical treatment, but emotional support as well from two very compassionate and caring individuals. When I was conflicted in the beginning about a reconstruction decision, I never felt pressured to decide, but only encouraged to move forward to address my cancer. During every appointment, procedure and surgery the doctors impressed me with their utmost kindness and caring. I never felt rushed during a visit and always felt that I had the complete attention of the doctors, who willingly answered questions and responded to concerns as they arose. In addition, I cannot speak highly enough about the atmosphere in the office and the exceptional treatment I received from each and every member of the practice, whether during a simple phone contact or an office visit. The office manager and business manager, Maureen and Denise, were both an amazing help in navigating the process and financial end, and I owe both of these wonderful women recognition and gratitude. I would highly recommend the Peer Group and Doctors Colon and Failey.
