Working with Inna was honestly, amazing. She was attentive, professional, and most importantly, effective. I used Inna's services at Absolute Electrology for about a year and a half and in that time saw amazing results on various areas of my body via electrolysis. She was VERY flexible with scheduling, and as someone with a not-normal routine, I greatly appreciated it. If you're in the area, I couldn't recommend Absolute Electrology more! read more

Inna is always so professional and on-time! She is very knowledgeable about what she does, is respectful, and truly cares for her clients. I have been going through a long term and difficult hair removal process. I can't imagine using anyone else but Inna Katz. Her knowledge and skills are excellent. Her office is clean and professional. She is very accommodating of your individual needs and the needs of all her clients. She accommodates all her clients with kindness regardless of race, gender or identity. (Her pricing is not bad either). Most importantly, she knows what you are going through and will help you through it in many ways that go above and beyond. She is a fountain of information and stories which helps get you through the process. I actually look forward to my visits. read more

Inna has always been both friendly and professional. I have been seeing her for well over a year in order to deal with some rather troublesome and unwanted facial hair. The hair had become bad enough that I did not even want to show my face in public, but Inna changed all of that. To put it simply, the results from the time spent with Inna are amazing! Much of the hair has stopped growing, and the hair still around grows in at a much slower rate, which has made a huge difference in my life. Moreover, Inna has always demonstrated that she has my best interests in mind. She seems as happy as I am when progress is made. And she always makes certain the procedure is as painless as possible--which is a relief since I am very sensitive to pain! I strongly recommend anyone interested in permanent hair removal to give Inna a call today! read more

Cannot believe I have not reviewed Inna already. She is phenomenal. Prior to starting electrolysis with Inna, I had tried laser, prescription creams, hair, shaving and of course, plucking. None of it made the hair disappear. With steady treatment, I am only down to a few stragglers! It really works! As others have commented, Inna is fabulous. She is professional, kind, and knows her business. I actually look forward to the appointments to chit chat with her as I am being treated. If you have ever wanted permanent hair removal and don't know where to look, give Inna a call to discuss. read more

I have been seeing Inna for the last year to deal with unwanted hair on my neck, chin, and lipline after years of laser treatments didn't do the trick. Finally I am seeing results that I could not get with laser alone, and hairs are not growing back. Inna clearly shows that she values her clients' time wants you to have the best results possible. She is incredibly thorough and will not let you off her table until every little hair is zapped! She treats you like family and I always look forward to my appointments. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a permanent solution to excess hair. read more

Inna is a very honest, thoughtful, and hard working person and I feel very fortunate that I have had the pleasure of knowing her. I did a lot of research on electrology and finally made an appointment with her. I went in for the consultation very nervous, but she explained the whole process to me and made me feel at ease. We started my first session that day. She is very thorough and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. I went approximately once every two weeks in the beginning months and then once every three weeks soon after and we made a lot of noticeable progress. I started electrology with Inna in December 2013 until around August 2015. My school and work schedule made it difficult to schedule regular appointments thereafter, and then I moved to Austin, TX where I'm living now. Inna is great! Schedule an appointment with her and make sure to keep at it to see results. You'll be happy you did :) It's a bit painful at first but your doctor can prescribe you lidocaine numbing cream which helps so much. The process gets easier with time. read more

INNA is a true professional. She walks you through the whole process and is very knowledgeable about skin care. The office is spotless and her equipment is state of the art. INNA will work around your schedule too. read more

I would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to remove unwanted hair for good. read more

I have been going to Inna for awile. Inna is very personable. It is understood that white hair cannot be handled by laser. The process itself is not painful to me. The process is almost completed. I go now for the few remaining stubborn hairs. She has great technique and I would highly recommend her. She is able to converse to help the time pass quickly. Ann read more

This place is so great and reasonably priced. Inna really knows what she is doing and makes sure to walk you through the process before and during and tells you how o care for your skin until next time. And during the procedure she makes great conversation. After only a few times you become like her family. Additionally, the treatment actually works. I have tried so many different remedies and this is permanent and not really painful. read more

I have worked with a half dozen electrologists. Inna Katz and Absolute Electrology are one of the best in the business. They have 27Mhz technology, which makes a huge difference. It is faster and less painful. Inna takes time to understand her clients' needs and is clearly devoted to high-quality work. Where I give most others 3 stars, Inna gets 5. read more

My mom and myself have been coming to Absolute Electrology for about a year and a half now, and we have seen significant results! My mom used to come on a weekly basis, and now, she only has to come every 3 weeks to get just a few hairs removed. Soon enough, she won't be coming at all. Since I have a larger area of hair to be removed, it's taking me some time, however, there is a LOT less hair on my face then there was before. The electrologist is a wonderful person. I always look forward to going back because she has such a great personality! I definitely recommend her because she is true to her word, and you will definitely see the results! read more

I have been going to this place for a year now. Inna is very professional and explains well in the first visit itself that the natural hair will go away but the hormonal hair are stubborn and need to be addressed to a doctor. The procedure is not painful and Inna makes it a breeze. She has great knowledge of skincare and I would highly recommend her. DA read more

I've been struggling with unwanted hair for many years and became tired of waxing, threading, and shaving. I finally decided to try electrology and came to Absolute Electrology since it was close to my house. The electrologist was wonderful and explained everything in detail. I have been going to her for about 5 months now and I have seen a significant reduction in my unwanted hair. I plan to continue going to her for the remainder of my sessions. The electrologist is truly a pleasure to work with and definitely has her client's best interest in mind. I recommend her to everyone wanting to remove their unwanted hairs! read more

Here's my follow up....after 3 treatments, I'm even happier with my decision to choose Inna for electrolysis. The office is spotless, she's prompt, friendly and gentle. When I told my daughter that I was going for electrolysis she said "it's the best decision you've ever made". Well, she may have overstated a tad, but I'm inclined to agree. read more

I have been going to Inna for a year and am extremely pleased with the results of her work, her office, and her professionalism. Prior to beginning with her, I saw someone near NYC for over six months at nearly twice the price with minimal improvements and a lot of hyper-pigmentation from burns due to high settings. On our first appointment, Inna suggested a change to my regimen and the results were dramatic! I trust her professional opinion completely. Additionally, she was very honest in telling me when I needed fewer sessions and those of a shorter duration. She is always accessible and works to accommodate her clients' scheduling needs. Despite the process of electrolysis being slightly painful, I actually look forward to my appointments with her!! Without any hesitation I would absolutely recommend her. read more

I've been going to Inna constantly for the last 7 months and finally I found someone who could get rid of my thick hairy beard that has been a pain to shave for the last few years. Inna is very knowledgable and informed me that electrolysis is not an overnight process. So far I would say I'm 30% of the way through the treatment and I already see and feel a huge difference. I am a regular here and usually go for extended periods of time. Inna is very friendly and makes you fell like you're part of her family rather than just another patient. read more

Inna is by far the best electrologist I have been to. Very caring and thoughful and does a very thourough job! The facilities are very clean and pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. Previous to Inna my treatments would leave my skin raw and red for days, but not with Inna. She takes care to select the perfect settings for effective treatment without burning or harming the skin. Highly recommended! read more

I have been coming to Absolute Electrology for a little over two months now and couldn't be a happier customer. I was a bit nervous at first because I have never had anything like this done before. However, during the initial visit the electrologist thoroughly explained the procedure, the mechanism of the hair removal using the electrolysis machine, post treatment side effects, and the maintenance process. I was very impressed with the electrologist's amount of knowledge in the subject matter. I felt at ease right away. The place is very cozy and the utensils are always sterile. Everything is thoroughly cleaned. My skin is cleaned before every procedure and maintained well after. During the process, the electrologist makes you feel very comfortable by always engaging in conversation. It helps to take your mind off the slight discomfort you feel during the treatment. Additionally, I noticed a significant change in my hair growth pattern and I couldn't be happier. My visits have decreased from twice a week to once a week. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and the hair on my face used to be black and coarse. Plucking did absolutely nothing besides irritate my skin. Ever since I started electrolysis the growth is now minimum and the hair that still grows back is much softer and lighter. Overall, I recommend this place and process to others. Very satisfied! read more
