I've had a few times where there was a 10-15 minute wait, but usually this location runs on-time to when your appointment is. The whole place could use a really good deep-clean, and some of the lobby furniture is ripped/cracked, but the wax itself and esthetician tools in the rooms seem clean and sanitary. I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark.
