Management never returned my phone calls when I called repeatedly asking to speak with somebody. And they continue to send me emails, reminding me to book an appointment for service they no longer offer. I have heard from former employees that management treats them poorly, messes with their schedule and has no respect for keeping customers aligned with the person who you have established a relationship with. To me this demonstrates a disregard both of their employees and their customers. I understand that businesses can choose to make decisions based on a variety of factors. I am not writing this review based on their decision. I am writing this review based on their handling of their decision, which, in my opinion could not have more poorly. Before all of this, I was happy with the establishment for years. i'm sure there are good people that work there who provide great service. The ease of booking online was great and I liked that there were time slots available for my needs. My appointment was with Michele and she made me feel so comfortable from checkin. She has many years of experience and gave me great breathing techniques to get through those moments (ladies you know what I'm talking about!!) she was really easy to talk through and even asked about my prior experience. This is the first time in a long time where my Brazilian was tolerable and I attribute that to the soft wax but also my waxer. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark. But everywhere else you couldn't really notice it. So, nope. Would not recommend. PS: If this review convinces you to go here, be prepared to get totally nay-nay except for disposable paper undies.

Not only was she super personable, but she also really cared about making sure my eyebrows were moving in the direction I was trying to go. She took the time to talk through different shapes with me -- it turns out I like the straight shape look -- and showed me how I could get there with a growth encouragement product at home. Rosana showed such incredible expertise too, drawing out the symmetrical lines I should strive for to achieve the look I wanted. I absolutely appreciated the time she took to make my appointment successful. They have good covid measures in place too right now, with a temperature check at the door, a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front desk, and masks required all around. I'd be happy to go back to see Rosana again.

Great staff and above all, Will, is the bomb when it comes to hair cuts. He is very personable, funny and cuts some mean hair! I had a couple of bad experiences prior to using Will at the same salon. He has made me a believer that a place can be redeemed. Cuts are inexpensive. Wait time is short but I do suggest: 1. Making an appt (with Will...but seriously I am sure the others are just as good). 2. Tipping really well. 3. Bring cash because they don't accept CC's... Enjoy your new style and show it off!
