I definitely fell asleep during my lash application and -- as a first timer, Chris shared great tips on after-care. I ended up making a follow-up appointment for a fill-in one week later. Sure, I had lost some lashes, but really I was there for MORE bc I was obsessed with the natural look and wanted to really go big for wedding day. My make-up artist was absolutely shocked that my lashes weren't my own. She said she could barely tell and that I looked nothing but natural. It's an investment, sure, but you can't beat the quality. Additionally, some basic signage would improve the experience for first-time clients--such as a note on the door indicating "in session, do not disturb," or a sign in the lobby directing clients where to wait. I also asked for a face frame and I don't think she knew how to do it. And this was a high price salon. I had two more cuts after that we're not so hot. I found this salon searching for "specialists in long hair." Dominque cut my hair, slowly, precisely, letting me know what she was doing. She asked questions the entire time about how I wanted it. She'd had bad haircuts in the past too. The result is a lovely cut. I have to let some mistakes grow out but now you can barely see them. I'm happier with my hair now than I've been in about three years.
