I asked the receptionist over the phone if there was anything I needed to do before my appointment and she told me "no you're all set!" when I arrived the woman was giving me constant attitude. She basically wanted to argue with me. Telling me "I should've read the text message" I did read it! No where did it say I had to book online.. this was my experience as a first time client. What a joke! I'm glad I didn't get my brows done there. She probably would've messed them up on purpose. Why give NEW customers attitude? I don't think this place will be around for long with that type of business attitude. What a shame. Super super rude!
