The lash appointment took about a hour and fifteen minutes. The salon is small but very clean, and the staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. They explained the entire process and helped me choose the perfect style and length. The application was relaxing, and I don't even feel like I'm wearing lashes. They look incredibly natural and beautiful. They clearly explained their fill policy: fills are every two weeks, and if you wait three weeks or more, it's considered a full set. First-time customers also get 20% off, which was a nice bonus. Street parking was easy to find. The only minor downside was that it was a little cold during my appointment, but I'll come prepared next time. Highly recommend--my lashes came out perfect!

My lashes look so great and natural, I really can't keep up with the maintenance of lash extensions which is why I enjoy doing the lash lift. The procedure takes about 45 minutes, you wash your lashes with the lash cleansing foam they give you when you get there, when they are done they will also give you instructions and a small kit that explains the maintenance to keep your lashes looking great with a serum and lash brushes. I have had my lashes done by two different staff members and both were excellent. It's very easy to book online, you will also be able to check the prices on their website and for the service the price is reasonable. The establishment itself is very cozy, pink and gold decor that looks really great! I unfortunately don't live in the state anymore but rest assured when I come back to visit I'll be making an appointment to get my lashes done!

Yeah, there is no photo evidence of that because I completely screwed them up (think hooks for eyebrows). So ever since then, I don't touch my eyebrows. I've always paid to get them wax/threaded/tweezed. It's always been a struggle finding someone who can handle my full eyebrows without leaving me bald or giving me a weird shape. About five years ago I found someone local who was able to work with my full brows. She had a one-style-fits-all approach for brows that happened to work for my brows. But then I started noticing that depending on her mood, she would take too much hair off or overarch my eyebrows. Then our schedules were hard for me to schedule appointments. So eight months ago I was on the search for another brow artist. I found one through Yelp in NYC close to my job and stuck with her for 5 months hoping that she would be able to one day get the shape right. After 5 months of money down the drain, I searched for another local brow artist on Yelp and found Cynthia. I was praying to the brow gods to help me out. After months of inconsistent eyebrows and not feeling my best (I already mentioned I'm an eyebrow feign), in one session I felt like a brand new woman. I'm so happy I found Cynthia and a bonus is she's super close to my house. I've never written a review for either of my past two eyebrow ladies because I felt that although I liked my brows, something wasn't right about them. They were either too arched or too thin. I am beyond pleased with the outcome and she is worth every single penny. I've only been twice (one was a touchup) but I felt like I had to write a review. I'm totally coming back.

I knew that my lashes wouldn't be glamorous but I also didn't think that after the service the results would look as if I had slept on them. I had looked at other photos prior to booking and the results looked great for a lift. I understand my lashes aren't as long as the photographed ladies but at very least I expected to walk out of there hinting that I had something done. Only a couple of my lashes curled and the others kinda look the same. I'm hoping after 24hrs when I use mascara they'll be better but I'm also concerned that the few that actually lifted will drop and this will be the worst $100 spent. Making an appointment online was easy and they sent a call & text reminder the day before. Since I'm still new to the whole lash world, my lash technician, Joy, walked me through the curl shapes and lengths. Since I was going for a fuller but natural look, I went with her recommendations. Overall, they came out really well! It took a little less than 90 mins as expected but this is definitely longer than my first experience (at a different lash salon). I realize I also tried to redeem the free collagen lip mask (Yelp check-in offer) but they never gave it to me (I think they forgot). They did give me some post-lash care freebies (lash brushes and cleanser) to use after. You can probably find a place that does a similar job for cheaper, but overall I'm really happy with my lashes & Joy's customer service!
