They got 2 stars because they have good quality SNS and I like 1 tech at their Bloomfield location. The pedicure was done backwards. The woman didn't remove my nail polish immediately. She did it towards the end of the pedicure. I've never had a pedicure like this... and i asked for SQUARE nails and my right foot had rounded nails.... ok Nbd it's winter. The nails.... i got SNS tips. I'm only speaking in SNS Tips...I booked an appointment ahead of time and I was clear with what I wanted. I showed up early, and they didn't have my appointment written down properly.. While she's putting my tips on, she glued one on crooked! I addressed it immediately and she stated my nail bed was like that..... I never had this happen before... so she re-did it after having to convince her! As she's doing my nails I notice she's putting the wrong color on. I address her and she stated that she's only doing that so the color I choose pops more... (I've been getting SNS done for over a year at their Bloomfield I've never seen this before ) In the end my nails are not the color I asked for. I show the owner and she agreed with me. She had to redo everything, proceeded to blame ME for her mistake because I didn't tell her before she was done that the color was wrong.....I did tho! and I wasn't even assured it would be fixed. I had to convince the tech to redo because it's wrong! And she cut me while fixing my nails! In the end, the nails on my right hand were Noticeably longer than my left. I had to file my nails when I got home so It didn't look so crazy!! The customer is never right at this location! Overall waste of my TIME and money. Stick to what you know Don't even bother. Go to their Bloomfield location and book with Jessica if you care about your nails. (I speak for tips and designs)

I said that was fine. When I got there, the owner didn't believe that I had an appt, even though my name was written in the book. She puts me in the chair next to the cashier and put the acetone cotton and tin foil on my nails then leaves. After 5 minutes I look around and see her doing a pedicure on someone else. I figured I would wait and see what happens before I got upset. 5 minutes later she leaves the pedicure woman and comes over to do my nails. I asked her if she could wash her her hands first and she laughed at me, said something about acetone. I told her it was kind of gross to go from someone's feet to my nails. She sighed and washed her hands. I got a rushed basic gel removal which was pretty much my expectation until she nipped the skin under my pinky with the nail cutters. No blood but it stung when she put the acetone back on. Then a customer came in and she moved me to someone else. At this point, no one has asked me to pick my next color. I just wanted to get out of there. The second woman was nicer. She didn't do anything with my cuticles. I got a reduced rate of $10 because the the pinky cut. I went home and filed my nails more evenly. My nails are a little bumpy from where they didn't remove the entire gel. I won't go back again.

Didn't do a good job at all. Anything I asked for that I'm typically use to getting with a pedicure the response was only in spa pedicures. My husbands pedicure was like 10 min long. We also did manicures both me and my husband were done in 15 min. Very rushed job. The owner did our manicures acted like she was cutting my cuticles they were literally hanging and stuck in the nail Polish. She seemed annoyed every time I asked her to fully cut the cuticle and repaint it. The nail Polish is already chipping and it hasn't been a full 24 hours. I don't recommend this place.

Here's a thoughtfully written review based on your experience--honest, respectful, and clear:…read more Review for Sun Nails - Little Falls, NJ I had been a loyal customer at Sun Nails for almost two years--always respectful, always consistent. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and I will not be returning. I arrived about 8 minutes late due to traffic, but I was promptly seated and the technician began removing the gel from my nails. A few minutes into my service, the owner--who had originally seated me--asked me to get up so another woman (who had come in after me) could take my seat. When I asked why, I was told it was "because of the vent." However, the new customer was getting the exact same gel manicure I was receiving, so the excuse made little sense. To add insult to injury, I was told to move to a station cluttered with junk and visibly less prepared. The entire situation felt dismissive, disrespectful, and quite frankly, racially charged. I'm usually the only Black woman in the salon, and the favoritism shown to another customer--who arrived later--was hard to ignore. While I would never return to Sun Nails after this experience, I'm grateful it led me to BLANC Nail Boutique, a new spot with immaculate service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier professionalism. Highly recommend checking them out instead.

Other than that all of the ladies here are very nice and I well recommend all of them. I have gotten to know almost all by now just by being there a few times. Sue are great at making you feel right at home. I used to stress over having to get my nails done but not anymore after finding this place. I tell them what I want and they do their absolute best to make it happen. Their massages are amazing too I must add. So relaxing. Prices are beyond affordable here as well they have a special from Monday to Wednesday that I think is hard to beat anywhere. You get a manicure and a pedicure for $45 dollars. Now if you want something specific like gel or the uv gel that I got that's a bit more money but oh so worth it. At least for me it was because I have a hard time growing my nails and the uv gel is what's helped me keep my nails long. Let me not forget they have a reward program. That's something you don't see often at nail places. I am so happy I found them I just want it to be known that this is a great place to get a job well done.
