Honestly waste of money. Every single worker rushes it's like they are being timed. The place was empty no other customers so I'm confused why the rush. My pedicure barely lasted 15 minutes. Didn't do a good job at all. Anything I asked for that I'm typically use to getting with a pedicure the response was only in spa pedicures. My husbands pedicure was like 10 min long. We also did manicures both me and my husband were done in 15 min. Very rushed job. The owner did our manicures acted like she was cutting my cuticles they were literally hanging and stuck in the nail Polish. She seemed annoyed every time I asked her to fully cut the cuticle and repaint it. The nail Polish is already chipping and it hasn't been a full 24 hours. I don't recommend this place. read more

Pretty good with pricing, but when getting gel polish removed from my toes the lady caught my toe with the nail drill. She did NOT even attempt to grab a pad that had some alcohol on it to clean the wound. I had an open cut with all nail dust residue on, around, and in the cut itself. When I mentioned it her, i received the answer of oh well it's not that big of deal even though I have an open cut on my skin and could have a possible infection in the future due to ignorance. I had an appointment at this nail salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. After my pedicure was finished I was moved over to the manicure chair. A nail technician started working on my nails but then advised me that another technician would come and finish. While waiting, I saw my original tech take the nail tools that she used on my nails over to a back bar area. I watched the technician put the tools, that were utilized on my nails, back into one of the UV sterilizer bags that go into the UV light sanitizer machine. She sealed up the sanitized bag (with the unsanitized tools) and bought it over to another customer to use! This approach leaves customers with the false impression that the tools are actually being sanitized properly when that is not the case. I will be reaching out to the Little Falls Health Department about this immediately. read more

I am really upset with the pedi I received today. I had gone months ago and didn't have a problem. So when my girlfriend suggested going I said why not. I received a pedicure by a Spanish woman who was gossiping to her friend doing my girlfriend's feet in Spanish. Unknowingly talking about how I was an idiot because I asked to not get my toes painted even though I speak Spanish and could understand everything they were saying. Anyway, she trimmed my toe nails all the way down and it hurts every time I walk. I am sorry but it doesn't take a genius to cut a tie nail. Could have done a better job at home. For gel manicures, they offer both IBD and OPI polish, and have tons of colors available. It always lasts me 2 weeks or more. The girls here are all super friendly and sweet. There are always customers there, but it's pretty easy to walk in to have a service done, because they have a lot of employees working at the same time. I went here for the first time, it was a Sunday and they took me right away. I called ahead and asked about pricing from reading the other reviews. I wanted a color gel manicure and they told me $30. They were friendly and the place was very clean and organized. I got Eric who made sure I like the shape of my nails and asked for my approval every step of the way. It was nice. Then while I was waiting for my nails to cure he proceeded with a massage. He did my neck, my shoulders, my upper back and my head! It was amazing. I got glitter added to a few of my nails and they charged an extra $5 which I felt was fair. My friend who recommended this place to me gets all kinds of manicures here. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS. THEY HAVE TWO YELP PAGES - MISLEADING. I've given this place several chances and now I am done. the pedicurists think they're podiatrists. The women doing my feet over aggressively DUG at my cuticle on my big toe - causing bleeding and pain. She then kept going at it when I finally told her she hurt me. It wouldn't stop bleeding so she used styptic drops and Neosporin. When I complained she said "sorry but I wanted to get at the cuticle." I am in horrible pain now and am hoping this doesn't lead to an infection. I'm not sure why I even paid for it. I should have complained. Their polishes (I can't comment on the gels) are old, gloppy and they have a very limited selection of vinylux. My manicure is streaky. I will never go back. Contaminated!! It was my first and last time that I will ever come here. I got a $50 gel pedi and got a fungus on my toe from them. Was so disappointed with the way the manager handled the whole situation. I went not even a week after to show her my under my toenail was yellow puss coming out. Her response was "honey that's from filing the nail". She said she will give me a free pedi I didn't want that I wanted to show her what happened to my foot. I was so upset I went to the doctors and they confirmed it was a fungus. Went to the salon AGAIN ( please be mindful now my toenail is BLACK due to the fungus ) after showing her she tried to shoo me away once again and was so nasty and disrespectful. I did not even get an I'm sorry this happened to you. I requested my money back she started getting nasty that she wouldn't know if it was really a fungus. MY NAIL HAD YELLOW PUS coming out from last time I was here and now is BLCK. She said she would need my doctors note and talked to me in a belittling way and said she has "work to do". I normally would have let it go and said screw the $50 but it was so RUDE I wanted to prove to her it is a fungus. THE THIRD TIME I go in I showed her my dr note and she was so nasty did not say a word to me but luckily refunded my money. I had a disappointing experience here. It was recommended to me by some of my coworkers so I figured I'd try it out. I was not greeted, no one looked me in the eye or acknowledged me as a customer. When I said I was looking to get a gel manicure done, a man rolled his eyes and had another woman do it. I came in with my mom to get a manicure and a pedicure. We were the only 2 people in the nails salon and they were in such a rush to get us out. My moms pedicure left her with several cuts and it hurts when she walks. They woman doing my pedi pedicure was extremely rude. THEN when i was getting my manicure the woman stopped to rub rash cream on her leg and then showed me her rash than just grabbed my hands WITHOUT washing hers first. They really take their time massaging your feet and legs. My mom always get callus remover and she says it's the best for her cracked feet. Everyone is so wonderful and nice! Stopped by just to get the nails repainted. The place stays busy however as someone has mentioned earlier the files they use look very old and falling apart. I saw that at least they sterilize their other tools, but still I'm not very impressed. The pedicure tubs have mold so I'm also not sure how thorough they are with disinfection.
