Both women have done my nails in the past and they always come out great. I get a regular mani/pedi and it's less than $30 (without tip). You can't beat that! I like that the salon is cozy and low-key; there's only usually Sophie, Maria, and two clients inside at a time, so with COVID, I feel a lot safer. Also, Sophie is really meticulous about sanitization and cleanliness: she makes everyone wash their hands right when they walk in the door, and wipes down every surface after a client is finished. Both of them wear masks and have plastic shields at the nail stations so there's a barrier between the two of you. They also do waxing here, but I haven't tried it since I do my own waxing at home. But it seems like there's a good number of people who come in for waxing services. Logistics: Appointments are needed, so make sure to call ahead before dropping in. Street parking is available, but during peak business hours you may need to park down the block a bit (I've always found a spot). You won't regret coming here and supporting this small business!

Honestly waste of money. Every single worker rushes it's like they are being timed. The place was…read moreempty no other customers so I'm confused why the rush. My pedicure barely lasted 15 minutes. Didn't do a good job at all. Anything I asked for that I'm typically use to getting with a pedicure the response was only in spa pedicures. My husbands pedicure was like 10 min long. We also did manicures both me and my husband were done in 15 min. Very rushed job. The owner did our manicures acted like she was cutting my cuticles they were literally hanging and stuck in the nail Polish. She seemed annoyed every time I asked her to fully cut the cuticle and repaint it. The nail Polish is already chipping and it hasn't been a full 24 hours. I don't recommend this place.

Here's a thoughtfully written review based on your experience--honest, respectful, and clear:…read more Review for Sun Nails - Little Falls, NJ I had been a loyal customer at Sun Nails for almost two years--always respectful, always consistent. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and I will not be returning. I arrived about 8 minutes late due to traffic, but I was promptly seated and the technician began removing the gel from my nails. A few minutes into my service, the owner--who had originally seated me--asked me to get up so another woman (who had come in after me) could take my seat. When I asked why, I was told it was "because of the vent." However, the new customer was getting the exact same gel manicure I was receiving, so the excuse made little sense. To add insult to injury, I was told to move to a station cluttered with junk and visibly less prepared. The entire situation felt dismissive, disrespectful, and quite frankly, racially charged. I'm usually the only Black woman in the salon, and the favoritism shown to another customer--who arrived later--was hard to ignore. While I would never return to Sun Nails after this experience, I'm grateful it led me to BLANC Nail Boutique, a new spot with immaculate service, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-tier professionalism. Highly recommend checking them out instead.

For that price, I expected salon-quality nails -- crisp shape, smooth polish, clean cuticles -- but what I got looked like something done by an amateur. The shape was uneven, the polish was bumpy, and honestly, I've had better looking nails after doing them myself at home. I couldn't believe the total when I went to pay. $105 for a basic set that should've been around $60 anywhere else especially since I've gotten better work for cheaper in New York City, where prices are supposed to be higher! It's not just about the money it's about feeling totally ripped off. I kept looking at my nails thinking, "This cannot be real." I hate writing bad reviews, but this experience was rough from start to finish. The work doesn't justify the price, and honestly, I could've asked my grandma to do these and gotten the same result.
