I'm also skeptical about trying other salons since my skin has been accustomed to the wax they use here and gets irritated when I tried to go to another place. The branch here is kept clean and rooms are always ready for the next customer. Receptionist are usually very pleasant and accommodating. At times there may be delays but the service makes up for that. I've been lucky to have met Bethany here, who is just so kind, friendly and easy to talk to. Makes the service feel much comfortable and in a way quick since we can chat away. But dont get me wrong, the job is thorough and is done well all the time since I've been here. Unfortunately, just when I have decided to write this review, i have just learned she was leaving for another job. Hopefully I'll still have a pleasant experience with the other ladies.

It's like she was trying to create her own look for my brows and not the look I specified. Very disappointed and hope my eyebrows grow back in time for my wedding in two months. Luckily eyebrow makeup can disguise the look.

I have super sensitive skin, so she was very mindful to use products that would minimize inflammation. My skin looked flawless the next week for my wedding! I also had a wonderful experience with Daisy, my mani/ pedi technician. It was so easy to work with her! I was an acrylic nail newbie, and she helped transform my awful nails into the perfect, bridal French manicure! Now let's talk about her work... she did an amazing job! She started without asking me what I wanted but when I asked her what she was doing she did exactly what I wanted anyways AND it was beautiful! This is probably the first time my eyes didn't burn and the quickest full set I ever got! She also reshaped and tinted my eyebrows and that too was amazing.
