I tried them for the first time and was very dissatisfied with the results. The threader didn't sanitize her hands before touching my face... I came in with very full eyebrows and a photo example of how my thick eyebrows look when threaded. My final results look nothing like my photo and are thin and not even with clean ends. It's like she was trying to create her own look for my brows and not the look I specified. Very disappointed and hope my eyebrows grow back in time for my wedding in two months. This place is fantastic! I've been coming here for about 7 years after using waxing services previously. I'm a huge baby when it comes to pain and the owner always takes this into consideration when working on me. She takes extra care to ensure I don't feel a thing, which is very much appreciated. Plus..I also always get compliments on my eyebrows! I'll continue to come back here. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait but nothing too terrible and they are 100% worth it. Had a terrible experience ... I went in for a full face thread and also neck thread.. one she was so rough and it hurt.. and I've been getting my face threaded for YEARS.. two.. she was pushing so hard that when i went home to look in the mirror she made red marks on my neck that look like hickeys... this was by far the most painful threading I've experienced... also the wood stick in the wax pot looks very unsanitary... I originally gave this location a high rating but after today that's all changed. I waited for Bavahni to come back from leave as I had had a great experience in the past. Today she literally hacked off the ends of my eyebrows leaving a thick front and a thin back. I have one squared eyebrow and another one that's round. I had really thick beautiful brows but now even after penciling them in they look horrid. I'm so upset and I will not be back. read more

Finally found my go to spot for eyebrow threading!.. (and I've most def tried quite a few other places)..but nothing compares. Bhavani is the best !! She fixed my brows (that previous threading places screwed up). She spent at least a solid 15 mins making my brows look beautiful again. Before she started threading me, she actually spent time talking to me about my ideal goal for my brows (where other places I've been dont or dont even listen). Before coming to Brow Arch Threading, my brow shape was becoming more of a "u" shape with no defined arch, but Bhavani worked her magic & created a beautiful arch without thinning my brows. The best eyebrow threading place in New Jersey! I've been to a thousand places. Some just plain terrible and some pretty mediocre. But Browarch Threading is the best threading spot hands down. I seriously don't know what I would do without Bhavani!! She pays attention to detail & does exactly what you ask. She also takes her time, which is a huge plus to me. Bhavani does not rush at all, no matter how crowded it can get. She's a perfectionist. The other ladies there I was told from friends of mine are pretty good & I've seen there work. DO NOT go here. I came in with grown out thick eyebrows to have shaped nicely and the woman hacked off my right eyebrow and tried to create an "arch" in the middle and ripped into the middle. I now have an eyebrow that literally looks like two uneven short pieces trying to meet in the middle (but not really). Awful! Worst brow experience I've ever had and I've been threading for 17 years!! read more

My eyebrow threading place closed and there are no others nearby, so I ventured to Brow Arch Threading to give it a try and am happy I did! There were two women working and a line of customers waiting to get their brows done, but the wait wasn't long. The woman who took care of me was meticulous and got every little stray hair, while still leaving my brows thick. Not coming back here! There are so many better places in the area. Absolutely no service (no greeting, smile etc) or talent here. The woman who threaded my eyebrows ruined my left one! I asked for a simple clean up and to keep the shape and keep em thick. The front of my left eyebrow is basically missing and now my right eyebrow is longer. She also trimmed way too much and the the threading hurt way more than usual(I've been getting threading done for the last 15 years). The shape is sloppy too when all she had to do is clean up. Besides the lack of courtesy, she didn't clean up any of the hair so it was all over my face and went into my contacts. No gel or lotion applied after either. Just came here for the first time ! I had my eye brows threaded once before in the Willowbrook Mall and it was painful so I never wanted to do it again. Love this place. Very nice and clean. Any time I've gone someone is either getting their eyebrows done or someone comes in right after me so a lot of people must like it too. Even if I have to wait it's only like 2 minutes and the lady there takes her time. My eyebrows always come out PERFECT. Price is great too! And like other reviewers say, it smells beautiful in there. Went in with nice, full brows and left with thin, sperm brows despite clear instructions to keep brow full. I find this place too inconsistent to return. I've been happy with my brows on a few occasions but seriously unhappy this last time. Also unnecessarily slow and painful threading technique where she -at times- she slowly rips each hair out one at a time. Finally, she took a chunk out of my mid-eyebrow and when I asked her about it she said I came in that way. I didn't want to argue with her, as there was no point. However, I went back to selfies from the day before and that week and the chunk was miraculously not missing. It'll take me 6months to grow out my botched brows. She knew I wasn't happy and defensively called the manager over to back her up, but none of them engaged me about my obvious dissatisfaction. It's not like the manager even saw my brows before. I've always gone to brow arch for years but after today I'm never going back. The only person who knows what the fuck there doing is Bhavani. Everyone else in there has no idea what they're doing. The lady I went to today clearly had no experience since I told her to clean up my eyebrows and she decided to not listen to me and give me two different shapes eyebrows that are so thin. I have very thick eyebrows and only look good with them like that with very little arch. She just fucking hacked them off and then after I said they are too thin she then proceeded to tell me that she can fix them by taking two more lines of the eyebrow. Like????? No thank you I'll have no more eyebrows after that. So thank you brow arch Threading for completely ruining my eyebrows and making me look fucking stupid!! Always came here for brow clean ups. Only ever wanted a clean up and I used to be a regular until she did my brows super skinny. My left one is naturally skinner then right and for some reason she made the bushier one even thinner than my already skinny one. Also chopped off the front of my brow. Months later and I'm still growing them out applying castor oil every night and only plucking when necessary. Don't care and they don't listen read more

Bhavani does a really great job at listening to how you want your eyebrows shaped. I came to her after my previous eyebrow lady of over 10 years moved so I needed a new place to get my eyebrows done and came across brow arch and the great reviews. If you're worried about getting your eyebrows done speak to her and she most definitely listens, my eyebrows are always beautifully shaped and the salon is always incredibly clean. Avoid Friday nights and Saturday mornings because the wait is always long. read more

This place was great! When I first walked in, it was so clean and smelled amazing. The woman at the front desk (I am assuming that she is the owner) was very welcoming. She spent a good amount of time listening to how I wanted my eyebrows and she even stopped once or twice to show me how they were looking and if I liked them.
