My eyebrow shape is always on point with the threading, never too thin. The Henna on them just elevates the fullness & lasts me usually 2 full weeks, almost 3. I don't have to fill them in at all. If you hate touching up/filling in your eyebows, Henna is a perfect solution for you. Thank you!!! See you soon! read more

Purchased a Groupon. Called and made the appointment, a month out. I stated it was a Groupon purchase. I was told I didn't need a Groupon, the would honor the same price. After waiting a month, the day of my appointment I call to confirm time. I was told she's no longer accepting Groupon. How unprofessional and the kicker was, she was still advertising the service on Groupon. She said I needed to call Groupon to get a refunded. That wasn't an easy task. Would not recommend. That's funny, my sister-in-law was the one that recommended you and she used Groupon. I added 2 photos on your site. One was the Groupon it self and one is the refund I received. So I was not mistaken in the least. However, I did have my eyebrows done . After my experience with you, I decided to pay full price at a different establishment and I am happy to say they are beautiful. There is something to be said for silent blessings! As the owner of this salon, you chose Groupon to advertise. I was just taking advantage of the savings. It has nothing to do with my mentality. However you attacking a consumer and belittling them says a lot about yours. read more

Nargis was very kind, professional, and quick. She did a full set of lashes in under 45mins and they look great! I used a groupon and I would definitely go back. She was very polite, and did not deliver second rate service just because I used Groupon. Be prepared to park on the street; if you are not from the area GPS directions can be a little confusing. read more

I love this place! I've been here twice only sadly because I wanted to grow out my brows but everytime I need a threading I come here even though it is an hour away. She's fast and friendly and does a great job. I have really sensitive skin and this doesn't hurt me and I always love the shape of my brows. I've tried out a few different places and this is my favorite! read more

Nargis was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! She is a professional and obviously a very skilled artist. She was patient with me, as I was a bit nervous since I have never done anything like this before, and took the time to explain everything to me and ensure my understanding and confidence in her work. She was so kind, personable and extremely attentive and knowledgeable! I am a busy woman with little time to write a review but I had to make the time to write this one because Nargis definitely is a 5 star artist. I highly recommend her for any of your beauty artistic needs and know you will be extremely satisfied and definitely glad you put your trust in Nargis! I and many others just love my new brows! Thank you Nargis!!! Marybeth read more

The BEST eyebrow threading in the area! I moved from NYC and was searching for a good threading salon. Nargis is the best, she is so friendly and sweet. She is also very talented. She takes her time and does an amazing job. The prices are also very fair. It has become my go-to threading salon. Highly recommended to everyone! read more

My daughter has never had her eyebrows done by a professional eyebrow stylist. She's been going to a nail salon for waxing for years. Today we went to Nargis and were so pleased with how her eyebrows turned out. Nargis took her time with us and was so pleasant! We will be back as regular clients! I highly recommend this place! read more

Nargis is a con... after going to her for my eyebrows she never answered my calls or texts. I was to return for my 1 month retouch and nothing. She is not professional at all. She did this to me and a few other ladies I know. Never got back to us for the retouch. She basically stole our $$$ and ran...horrible person to do this. I ended up going somewhere else to have them retouched. read more

I wanted to give 5 starts but last time I had really bad experience. My brows were completely messed up. I got appointment and waited for 15 min then she asked me what happened? So rude always in rush. Will never back there! read more

This place recently opened in Westwood and after looking at the great reviews I decided to try it. Walking in you are welcomed by a bright clean atmosphere as well as a wonderful personality. Nargis greets you with a warm smile as if she's known you for years. She is very professional and listens to what you want. She makes sure that she doesn't over thread and leaves you with plenty brow to work with. She prides herself in making sure that you are happy with her work before stepping out of the chair. I would recommend her to anyone looking to have their brows snatched! She also is now open Sundays!! read more

The lady was very impolite to me, very rude. They had poor service. They only take cash, and I was not informed. She told me I did not have enough money in my bank account, rude and was belittling me. When I was to hold my eyebrow to thread she yanked my arm To the right position without asking, when I had a hurt shoulder. Overall bad, not professional, not sure how they are still in business unless they are not paying taxes read more

I would never go anywhere else for my eyebrows. Yargis is amazing and always does a perfect job. I wouldn't trust anybody else!! Highly recommend!!!!! read more

The environment is so nice her decorations are modern. I also got lashes there so gorgeous and I'm so happy I've gotten so many compliments about my lashes and they look so natural too I love this place definitely will be here more often read more

After moving to the area I struggled to find a decent eyebrow place and my brows definitely suffered. Nargis took her tome to listen to exactly what I wanted and explained the process of repairing my brows. Will definitely be returning and extremely happy with the service read more

Shocked by all the bad reviews. I have an amazing experience every time I go and see Nargis. She is amazing at threading brows. I always get the perfect shape, never a stray hair, and she always makes sure I like them before I pay. She keeps her studio immaculately clean, takes her clients in a timely fashion, and is patient and attentive to each and everyone. I get so many compliments on my eyebrows and always recommend everyone to go here read more

Amazing new eyebrow threading bar. This was my first time ever coming here but I will be a returning customer. Very clean and modern salon. The woman who did my eyebrows was friendly and played good music which created a nice atmosphere. The prices are standard for a brow bar and fair. Two of my friends went here for their eyelashes after I recommended they go here for their brows and their lashes came out amazing!!! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves threading and lash extensions. My brows were shaped very nicely and I did not get irritated afterwards. read more

Very clean, the girl did an excellent job on my eyebrows. You can pay with credit card and leave tip with your card, which is a plus.

This lady is extremely unprofessional. I went to get my eyelash extensions done here, they came out hideous, uneven and raggedy. She had rap blasting in the store for half the time and then finally switched it, but the rudest part was when she took 5 different clients to give them a quick eyebrow thread during my session. Don't you think if you're paying close to a $100 for a service the technician should give you their undivided attention? Maybe threading is her thing and she should just stick to it. She has a facial set up in the back also but I wouldn't trust her with hat either. I left my cc at home and when I went to pick it up she called me numerous times with such a mean loud voice screaming that she would call the cops if I didn't call her back right away with the number. I got caught up with my newborn at home for a few minutes and next thing I know, she did call them! What a cheap, untrusting, unprofessional and rude lady! And the funniest thing she kept referring to herself as "we" meaning all the workers in the salon but she's the only one. She might be good for a $12 eyebrow fix but not much more. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the service and the her attitude. read more

My daughter visited Nargis last week and I was so impressed that I took myself Saturday. The shop is clean and bright yet still soothing and very chill. Nargis greets you with her beautiful smile and no hard sell tactics or pressure. I left feeling like I was beautiful and like she felt she made me look that way. In other words, she took pride in her craft. Definitely we will be back! read more

This was my first time here and it is hands down the best eyebrow place I've ever been to! I have never received the type of attention Nargis put into my eyebrows. She takes her time making sure you leave satisfied. It is a little more expensive than your average eyebrow place, but you definitely get what you pay for. Will be returning! read more

I come here often. For the most part, my eyebrows come out good when it's done by the same person each time usually by Nargis.
