Purchased a Groupon. Called and made the appointment, a month out. I stated it was a Groupon purchase. I was told I didn't need a Groupon, the would honor the same price. After waiting a month, the day of my appointment I call to confirm time. I was told she's no longer accepting Groupon. How unprofessional and the kicker was, she was still advertising the service on Groupon. She said I needed to call Groupon to get a refunded. That wasn't an easy task. Would not recommend. That's funny, my sister-in-law was the one that recommended you and she used Groupon. I added 2 photos on your site. One was the Groupon it self and one is the refund I received. So I was not mistaken in the least. However, I did have my eyebrows done . After my experience with you, I decided to pay full price at a different establishment and I am happy to say they are beautiful. There is something to be said for silent blessings! I love this place! I've been here twice only sadly because I wanted to grow out my brows but everytime I need a threading I come here even though it is an hour away. She's fast and friendly and does a great job. I have really sensitive skin and this doesn't hurt me and I always love the shape of my brows. The lady was very impolite to me, very rude. They had poor service. They only take cash, and I was not informed. She told me I did not have enough money in my bank account, rude and was belittling me. Amazing new eyebrow threading bar. This was my first time ever coming here but I will be a returning customer. Very clean and modern salon. The woman who did my eyebrows was friendly and played good music which created a nice atmosphere. The prices are standard for a brow bar and fair. This lady is extremely unprofessional. I went to get my eyelash extensions done here, they came out hideous, uneven and raggedy. She had rap blasting in the store for half the time and then finally switched it, but the rudest part was when she took 5 different clients to give them a quick eyebrow thread during my session. Don't you think if you're paying close to a $100 for a service the technician should give you their undivided attention? Maybe threading is her thing and she should just stick to it. She has a facial set up in the back also but I wouldn't trust her with hat either. I left my cc at home and when I went to pick it up she called me numerous times with such a mean loud voice screaming that she would call the cops if I didn't call her back right away with the number. I got caught up with my newborn at home for a few minutes and next thing I know, she did call them! What a cheap, untrusting, unprofessional and rude lady! And the funniest thing she kept referring to herself as "we" meaning all the workers in the salon but she's the only one. She might be good for a $12 eyebrow fix but not much more.
