I went to Threading Station last Wednesday and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with a lady named Jaspreet, who did my eyebrows. Not only did she do a poor job (my eyebrows were uneven and bushy, not what I asked for), but her attitude was shockingly rude. After I left, I noticed a glaring discrepancy between both brows and went back within two minutes to kindly ask her to fix them. Instead of offering any professional correction, she told me not to come on any day that she is working (Wednesdays), adding that she's been in the business for 10 years and no one has ever questioned her work. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in a beauty service. Her work was careless, and her customer service was downright hostile. I would absolutely never recommend seeing Jaspreet here. That being said, I've read good things about Nisha from other reviews, and I may try her in the future. But as far as Jaspreet is concerned - rude, dismissive, and unskilled. Avoid. read more

Literally the worst threading experience I've had. They completely destroyed the shape of my brows, thinned them drastically, and left them highly uneven. AND it hurt SO badly. I get my brows threaded regularly and it has never hurt this bad. Stay far far away. read more

I came in on a Tuesday and I would just like to say the lady stripped my eyebrows in half. She did not keep my actual eyebrow shape by threading the stray hairs, but threaded my eyebrows so thin that they look like lines. PLUS they are not even. My right eyebrow arch is completely gone and there is a dent instead. Unacceptable and will never go again. I'm very upset and my eyebrow look embarrassingly terrible. read more

She was confident and took her time to explain to me what shapes would be suitable for my face. She was able to give me a great shape and color. My eyebrows look very natural and flattering for my face shape. The cost was also extremely well-priced. Perfectly shaped brows! I didn't have much hope for my sparse, pale brows, but walked out happy! My only complaint is that the color tint was supposed to be light brown, they're seriously dark. Will be sure to BE sure of the color next time. With respect to the color, although too dark for my liking, it certainly lasts and has not faded away like colors I've used in the past. I've come probably here a dozen times. Mostly positive experiences. Today I went and there was new threader. I should have known not to stay but I did. It was the worst threading ever! My eyebrows are two completely different shapes. She was so fast and barely even looked at the end product. To top it off, she charged me the updated price of $15. Really? For a three minute eyebrow threading? If you want to charge $15 and expect people to walk through the door, there needs to be consistency. Now I have to scout the place when I walk in to see who's working? Ugh! Probably will end up finding a new place. read more

Just two days later I had an event with my family and in all the photos my eyebrows really stood out. Now my sister wants them done and two of my aunts! Got my eyebrows threaded today and the woman did a horrible job. I instructed her to keep my brows as thick as possible and just clean up around the edges--they are literally half as thick as before the threading and not even on both sides. They look like early 2000 overplucked messes. Not to mention completely overpriced for the quality of service. I will never return and would not recommend to anyone. read more

I have been to the Threading Station twice. First time was a positive experience. Unfortunately the woman who did my eyebrows said that she was leaving and going to work at another location. The second time was on a Tuesday afternoon and it was a terrible experience. The woman cut me until I was bleeding (both on my eyebrows and lip) even after I had asked her to please be more gentle since she was hurting me. Her excuse for the bleeding was that my skin was too sensitive. I kindly told her that my lip was bleeding because she kept cutting it with the thread. A woman who was waiting to be helped got up and left when she saw what happened to me. I have not been back since. read more

I get my gel manicures and pedicures there. So clean, modern, and relaxing. She does a wonderful job and they never overbook. I love that I found this place! They shape my eyebrows and thread wonderfully. As a heads up, there is always one threader working and one manicurist there, so if you plan on bringing a friend with you, you will get your nails done back to back as opposed to side by side. I normally never write reviews but I found this place to be so unprofessional. I walked in at 6:58 and the woman said they close at 7 and she couldn't thread my eyebrows, which meanwhile takes only 2 minutes to do. Walked in for the first time today for eyebrow threading, waited maybe 5 minutes at most. I don't remember the lady's name, but she was quick and efficient, also asking me several times if I was happy with the shape. She also gave me tips on maintenance of my eyebrows, and as they are sparse, also recommended eyebrow mousse to help them grow in the right direction. Really appreciate the advice! This was my second time getting my eyebrows done here. The first time was great and I think the owner did my eyebrows and I had no issues. Today was a TERRIBLE experience. I did not catch this girl's name but she was insulting and a little racist, in my opinion. She had just barely started working on my brows when she said "I'm not Indian so I don't do this" so I asked her to repeat herself because it was a strange comment to make..."I said I'm not Indian so I don't deal with thin brows"....I just ignored her because I still don't understand her need to make that comment..so I look to see what she had done so far and I asked her to make them a little thinner..she responds by insulting me saying that how I want my brows make my face look wide, so I told her, well, that's how I like them. So as she continues to make them thinner she says "well, you have a 1970s look"....what does that mean?? If you ask me that's kind of rude. I really wanted to like this place after reading such great reviews. When I got there, there was a woman getting her eyebrows done so I had to wait a couple minutes, which was not an issue. Once she was done I went over and told the woman I hadn't had my eyebrows done in a while to grow out an uneven wax from a while back. All she said was she would clean them up and she went to work. She never asked how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and now they are much thinner than I care for! They look okay and the shape is decent, but I was so turned off my the fact she didn't even ask what kind of shape i wanted. She was not interested in any small talk and the whole experience was awkward. Definitely will not be going back! read more
