Honestly, I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. Lorena provides a numbers of services but I haven't tried them (yet), but I can tell you I've seen her work and her clients are always extremely pleased. Her place is in a really nice location and she has it very nicely decorated. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her business.

When it came time to pay, I was also asked to tip in cash, which felt uncomfortable. I paid $20 and left feeling like I needed to go fix my nails somewhere else. Definitely not what I was expecting and I won't be going back.

Stumbled upon this location by chance when shopping downtown Ridgewood. I have my regular threading salon where I live but was in need of threading and although a little apprehensive I decided to give this place a try. Walk ins welcome. There were customers ahead of me, but the ladies threading were quick, waited a few minutes at most, and they have plenty of seats if there is a line. The location is new with a few stations and is kept very clean. I had my eyebrows and lip threaded. I forget the lady's name, but she was quick and very attentive. I mentioned what look I wanted and she did exactly what I requested. It was obvious she has been threading for a while. Not at all painful and I was very pleased with the outcome. So pleased with the Threading Station it is now my one and only place I will go. If like me you don't live local, take a little extra time to pamper yourself by doing a little shopping in the great stores and get your threading done at the same time. I've been getting my eyebrows done at the Ridgewood location for quite a while, and I would not go anywhere else. My skin is super sensitive and the staff is great. Every employee truly takes extra time with me and for that I am grateful. I learned that the location is open Sundays also and had recent pleasant experiences with Annie as well. Very thorough and ensures I am satisfied with everything. Would recommend to all!!! read more

It was a very quick, painless and calming experience getting my eyebrows done. The instrumental music, store's scent and her gentle way using thread made it a wonderful first experience at Fusion!
