I just spoke with the pharmacist two days ago about my husband's prescriptions, and they delivered them to us. I called today about having mine and our son's delivered, and WALGREENS answered the phone. I was given NO notification of them closing. NO MENTION two days ago. A also received their monthly newsletter in my email just LAST NIGHT. Again, no mention of them closing the doors. When I spoke with the pharmacy tech at Walgreens, she told me today is the first day and many people are surprised as I am. How incredibly disappointing. What poor customer relations. YOU, the owners should be ashamed. I give 5 stars for the staff who worked the time we were customers. Thank you to Jim, Jeri, Carol, and the rest of the staff who were loyal.

We were in shock when trying to refill a prescription today on 6/27 and having Walgreens answer the phone. (Automated answering machine of course!) We had no idea that T & C had closed it's doors and frankly, it was very unprofessional of the owner to leave all their customers scrambling with no forewarning. We actually learned of this closing by reading the previous review on this website, just today. Sorry to say, it certainly has left a bitter taste of things to come, like big box retail and online pharmacies. I gave it 5 stars for what Town&Country used to be.... certainly not how it turned out in the end.

I would give Dr. Kassir and his staff a billion stars if i could. Let's go one by one:…read more Dr. Kassir- the level of professionalism, bedside manner, care, expertise, love and patience you are getting with him is beyond what i have experienced with any of my previous plastic surgeons (4 others). I can genuinely say from the moment my mother and i booked with him we felt we were in good hands but when we met him we knew. All worries and concerns went away because he really listens and wants you to be happy with your results. I was disheartened to read the other reviews because he is far from a doctor that only cares about your money. Yes, he is pricey but that is directly correlated to the results I received and the level of care and importance he has placed on my desires in reference to my appearance and results. He has continually seen me to check my results, as he did with my mom and hers. For myself it has been a year and i have had 10-15 different appointments from checking up on results to little changes i wanted to try with injections and lasers or fixing scars from previous doctors. He even fixed mistakes from previous doctors without hesitation and without charging me a ridiculous amount or nothing at all because he is that caring. For my mom it's been 3 years and she has been there and done the same. Never once have they denied our requests or been dishonest about predicted results or costs. We always get honest care and instructions on their policies when booking. He is a wonderful family man that makes his patients feel like his extended family. You never leave them without him catching up with you and asking about your lovely family and life. You never feel rushed out. Lastly, a lot of times we think this is an all solving solution to your aesthetic needs and forget that he places instructions on lifestyle and after care to reach optimal result. He has miracle hands that work miracles but we also have to be consistent with the after care and be responsible with his schedule and be respectful to all helping us. I still see him for all my aesthetic needs today. The doctor and his team are still extremely accommodating, understanding, kind and professional. My mother, daughter and i feel like family as soon as we walk into the ridgewood or park offices. Kivork: What can i say about Kivork? Wow, just the best injector i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm not exaggerating when i say i have tried many injectors in my life and he is by far the most knowledgeable of the dozen or so i have met in my 10 years of owning a medi spa in the tri state area. He is not only talented but welcoming and friendly. He will have you smiling with his positive attitude and compliments. He truly feels like an old friend you catch up with every time you sit in his chair. The amount of compliments i get on how "youthful" and "taut" my skin looks are innumerable. I can't thank him enough for helping me get my glow and confidence back. Instead of a paintbrush and art, he carries a needle and an arsenal of beauty tools equipped with unarguably the best knowledge about facial symmetry, skin care, lasers, facial balancing, procedures, scarring and more - at his fingertips. Kivork is without question - the Picasso of aesthetics and injectables. Fernando: The voice you hear when you have the pleasure of calling their Ridgewood office. Fernando is that kind of person that goes above and beyond for a job they love. He makes the office become home as soon as he greets you. His level of care and attention is an amazing example of the service you will receive in their care. I can't tell you how many times i have called and he has taken his time to make sure all my appointments are perfect so I'm in no discomfort or just because my travel time is quite long that day. He makes sure that i am going to the right office because of the one time i went to the wrong one haha. So much so that i can confidently say i can call in with any scheduling or aesthetic question and he will get me the answer or communicate my needs to the team to make sure I'm taken care of. Just wanted to say thank you to the whole Kassir Plastic Surgery Team Going on year 3 that the Bier family is a part of the patient list and we wouldn't change you guys for any other team!
