Absolutely the worst service ever. If you are contemplating using them think twice. They promoted an incompetent technician to "store manager", a scary tyrant named Liz. She had switched my technician who was Alejandra to herself, without my consent, or without even asking or advising me beforehand. I was upset by this and asked her why she did this and additionally I had advised her that I preferred the way the other technician did my lashes. She then refused to do my eyelashes! I had to go somewhere that evening so I asked another technician named Sandra to do my eyes who said yes and that she would do my lashes. I proceeded to lay down to get my lashes done and Liz stormed in the room. She told me that Sandra had to go home and I then I understood when Sandra and Liz conversed in Spanish, that Sandra told Liz that she did not have to go home and that she was able to do my lashes; Liz was lying right To my face. Certainly not the behavior that a manager should exert, correct? I kept asking her nicely to let Sandra do my eyes and she said no because she did not like my attitude! Apparently she was the teacher and I was the school child, or at least that was the power trip she was on. I tried to video her on my phone (of which I have a little footage) and she slammed a door in my face! I've never been so humiliated and mistreated in my life. I was in shock. The Management and owners are completely absent there. There has never been a receptionist. The only way to contact management is to text. They don't answer their phone. I texted management over and over and over for several days and they never responded to me. I further advised them not to charge my credit card and guess what they tried to charge my credit card a couple of days later! Clearly they don't care anything about their customers only the money. I advise someone to go to another place such as Amazing Lash in Wyckoff where they exert customer service and where it is more of a professional atmosphere. This place is clearly going downhill and they will continue to humiliate and mistreat their customers because they just don't care. read more

I've been a client at HyGorgeous for over 5 years now (I just can't seem to give it up) and I love the friendly service and ease of making my own appointments online. No matter who the tech is I am always happy with my lashes, but my go to techs are Krista, Sasha and Sydney, they really know how to maximize my lashes with what extensions will look best on my eyes. You can't beat the pricing on their membership program, which includes fill ins every two weeks. People are always asking me where I get my lashes done and of course complimenting on how natural and fabulous they look!! read more

Prompt. Professional. Painless. Beautiful results. Daniella my technician was awesome! The procedure itself was so painless I could have drifted off to sleep I was so relaxed. The only reminder that I had a full set of lashes was when I looked in the mirrror. It is as if you are wearing your own natural lashes. They are top notch Sandra is helping me repair awful damage another salon( bling bling ) did to my lashes . She counseled me and made my lashes presentable until they grow in .
