I love this place! Every time I go here I come out loving the finished lash look and it honestly looks so natural! I always get compliments and honestly people can't believe they're not my actual lashes. I had somewhat long lashes to begin with but this just adds that pizazz that I wanted. I usually don't wear any makeup except for mascara and now it's so simple. I don't even have to wear that! It's so amazing, what a life saver. I love this place. The staff is so friendly and they really try to work around your schedule. It's so clean and such a nice atmosphere. What a great first experience with eyelash extensions! I got the deal off of Groupon and was able to book an appointment for the same day. When I first walked in I was greeted by two lovely ladies. They explained the type of lashes they had and recommended which ones I should get based on my desired look. We decided on size 12 to start off with and when the results were done I fell in love! First off, they never lasted- right at a week n half its like all the lashes would fall at on command. Or the glue completely irritated my sensitives eye, or they are just rude! NOT THIS PLACE! My lashes stay full for two weeks +, I have NEVER HAD ANY GLUE IRRITATIONS AND THE LADIES AT MOU MOU ARE ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! Love this place! I came all the way from Queens, NY just to get my eyelashes done here (per recommendation of a friend) and it was worth it! I came 20 mins early to my appt and Erika seated me right away. Since it was my first time getting mine done, I had a ton of questions and Erika was more than happy to answer them all. They have various prices based on the type of lashes you get, and how full you want the lashes to look (50%, 70%, etc) and she gave recommendations based on what she thinks would look good on you. So it was my first time ever getting my eyelashes done and I had a great experience. My sister and I both got our lashes done. When we first came in, Erika sat us down and explained what eyelashes there were and measured our own lashes. She then advises you which one is best once you tell her if your going for the more natural vs drastic look. I decided on the size 11R lashes which I absolutely love! My own lashes are a size 6. Just went here for a full set two weeks ago. 1. The extensions are all basically gone I only have 5 LASHES LEFT on each eye. I've been getting my lashes done for years and they have always lasted at least 3-4 weeks. They've never fallen off so soon. Ever. 2. Made my appt on the phone. The girl told me it would be $70 for a new set. I got there to the salon, they said $80. Then you tip on top of that. It ended up being $100! 3. I didn't like the way they looked. These were the fakest looking lashes I've had. You could definitely tell they were extensions as opposed to every other place I've gone where they came out beautiful and looked like real lashes. These ones looked like plastic. 4. I had already gotten them done by the time I heard this and thankfully didn't get any infection, but my sister told me all of her friends who got their eyelashes done here got infections afterward like pinkeye!!! Wow! I never expected to love my lashes as much as I do. What a difference it makes just waking up and looking in the mirror. I look 10 years younger. Mou Mou has an immaculate environment and the technicians are extremely detailed and fast. Communication is all done through texting and appointments begin and end on the dot. I found Mou Mou through Groupon and experienced excellent service the 3 times I've been there. Erica, the owner and the lash tech is very good at what she does. It takes about 1 hour for a new set of lashes and retouch. I got size 11 with c curl which is a little dramatic but pretty. I decided to go down to size 10 for a more natural look. She has variety of lashes and different curls to choose from. The prices are affordable and the lashes stay on for a long time with proper care. My lashes are still very full after 2 weeks with minimal fallout. I will be coming back for my 3 week touch up. I highly recommend Mou Mou! read more

They don't look fake, they look very natural and with a little dramatic length (I like to go a little longer because I have short lashes ). She works with you and she knows what's best! The individual lashes are supposed to last 2 weeks, but mine last as long as 4 weeks. Absolutely love this place! Erica and the staff are so nice! The studio is so well-kept in appearance and in working rooms. It is a cute wait room for when I bring my sister with me. They do a fabulous job at being clean and very careful with your eyes. I've heard bad things about lash extensions, but Mou Mou has changed my views on everything! They are amazing, and it is such a relaxing session to look forward to. You lay with your eyes closed and they even give you a blanket. Sometimes I get a little nap! Also great that they send a text reminder the day before on your appointment and are very flexible if you need to change that. I LOVE MOU MOU!!! My lashes look fabulous! I'm so happy with the work Erika did. This is my first experience at Mou Mou and I can say with absoluteness that I will return! I very rarely right reviews but I felt that this one definitely merited it. I am not high maintenance but I do love to look glamorous when I go out. I called Mou Mou and they quickly accommodated me with an appointment even though they were fully booked. I arrived right on time & Erika seated me right away. You fill out a quick questionnaire & see some quick samples of what they have available. I specified exactly what I wanted & Erika examined my lashes & determined I unfortunately have VERY thin lashes. She thoroughly explained which lashes would be best for me & last the longest without falling out while still achieving as much as possible the look I desired. I can honestly tell you I was a little nervous to what the results would be, but when looked in the mirror I yelled out "OH WOW!!!" I have been getting lots of compliments.
