Prices had went up from $8 to $15 initially since many establishments had been hit hard and were trying to recover but price went down to $12. This is still a great price if you ask me. They require you make an appointment prior to coming which they adhere too as I almost never have to wait and they now have plastic in between each chair. Your temperature is taken once you arrive and you also fill out a form for tracebility which makes me feel safe. They also have hand sanitizer and all the chairs are wiped down between customers. Parking is always tricky even though they have a parking lot but sometimes hard to get too since there is a lot of construction in the area. Every time I call Cecilia answers his phone and says hello Barbara, which adds such a nice touch a nice, personal touch. They offer many different types of Sugaring but I can say that each time Cecilia does it she does an excellent job. She talk you through it while she's Sugaring you and make sure that you're OK and also always ask if you have any questions. Meanwhile, her actual work was spotty, inconsistent, and patchy since she wasn't paying attention to what she was doing, as she was too distracted by her own stories the entire time to focus on me. I knew the results would be mediocre, incomplete, and not good enough -- and unfortunately, I was right. When I got home, I looked more closely at my legs. I saw that my thighs hadn't been touched, and my calves were a hit or miss. Considering the price, the overall vibe, and feeling obligated to tip Isis 20%, it was a waste of my time and money. Isis is rough, and rough around the edges. She is immature and inexperienced. She told me she'd *just* graduated from beauty school, and it shows. She lacks social skills, professionalism, emotional IQ, and waxing expertise. Her touch is heavy-handed, and the way she spreads the wax (I've done this professionally for years myself) is thick, clunky, and hard. I found Dockery on Yelp and thought let me give this place a try. Now we know we can take changes with brows but worst case scenario you can pencil in errors. So I decided to take our trustworthy yelpers opinions and made my way to Dockery. Amrit was the person who threaded my eyebrows and I was impressed. She was quick and very thorough. She threaded my eyebrows well and probably the quickest brow visit ever. I must have been in her chair for perhaps 5 mins or so. I also think it's because my eyes brows aren't difficult to handle. My only complain is that there was no powder or sort of lotion they usually put on your brows to either cool them off or not have them itchy as much. That was disappointing because I feel like you need either one since your brows, at least mine, itch a lot after threading. Other great parts of my visit was that they accept credit cards ($10 min) and you can put your tip on it as well. You can book your appointment online and they offer lots of time slots. They offer a various services for all of your beauty needs. This place may become my new eyebrow place.

The staff member who did it put the tint all over my skin, and didn't do the full length of one of my brows. This meant my brow looked unnaturally thick but also short, since the front of my brow was not tinted. Then, when the staff member was removing the tint from my brows, she got some on my brow bone. I asked her to clean it up, but she said it would fade on its own. It did not. It peeled my skin and took off a few layers. If the tinting was done JUST over my eyebrow hair, it probably would have looked great. It faded within 4-5 days so I didn't have to deal with it for long, but I was surprised that a $30 tinting service (which included the waxing) faded so quickly. I did tell them that the service was not up to standard/the pictures on their pages. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. Again, the waxing and staff are great! but the tinting is definitely a no from me.
